重载道路桥梁安全性评定与管理研究

摘要
本论文由两大部分组成:一部分为重载道路桥梁结构安全性评定研究;另一部分为超重车辆过桥管理的研究。对于重载道路桥梁结构安全性评定,本文针对府店一级公路运煤车辆严重超重、超载情况作了调查,得出了超载与超限的函数关系;以概率统计为基础,绘出荷载总重和轴重直方图,确定出了验算荷载模型;同时对府店路上的桥梁结构进行了加固计算、荷载效应计算及强度和变形验算分析;最后提出对府店路上荷载进行限载和分车道控制交通荷载的建议,并给出了标准。对于超重车辆过桥管理,本文建立了信息数据库,利用可视化语言vfor6.0编制开发了信息管理系统;对于重车通过既有桥梁的评判,本文基于模糊数学原理,对桥梁技术状况进行模糊综合评判,对旧桥承载能力检算系数Z_1提出模糊综合评判取值的方法;最后引用例子加以验证。
This paper includes two parts. The first one introduces the safety assess of bridges on the heavy vehicle loading roads; the second one studies the overloading bridge management .For the safety assess of bridges on the heavy Vehicle loading roads, the serious condition of overloading and heavy trucks on the Fu-Dian highway was investigated. On the base of investigation, function relation between utmost load and overloading is deduced hi this paper. On the base of probability and mathematical statistics ,gross weight and axle-load histograms are drawn out, and various assessment load models are studied and confirmed. Typical bridges are reinforced and checked calculations for analyzing the reinforcing results, and that, load effect, intension and distortion of brigdes are checked and analyzed. At last, the paper puts forward the ideas of limiting load and disparting-driveway to control transportation, and suggests the standard of limiting load. For the management of heavy trucks crossing bridges, the paper sets up the information database, and utilizes visual language vfor6.0 to develop and design the information management system. For the evaluation of existing bridges for heavy trucks or overloading , fuzzy mathematics theorem is used to evaluate the conditions of the bridges quality .The paper also puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for checking parameters Z1 of carrying capacity of existing bridges ,and the method is tested by an example.
