基于PROFIBUS和AS-i的现场总线控制系统设计与研究

摘要
现场总线技术具有数字化、全分散性、开放性和互操作性等特点,代表了今后工业控制网络发展的方向,是当前自动控制领域中倍受关注的技术之一。本文首先分析了现场总线的产生原因及其特点、优点;接着着重研究了PROFIBUS-DP和AS-i总线的网络体系结构和通信协议;然后在此基础上设计了一个小型的功能齐全的现场总线监控网络,为PROFIBUS-DP、AS-i总线技术的应用提供了一个理想的研究实验平台。作者详细阐述了监控网络的组成结构和设计过程,并针对设计中遇到的问题对DP接口编程做了相关研究。论文还以卷接机组改造项目为背景,设计了烟厂卷接车间现场总线控制系统。此外,本文还对PROFInet技术和工业控制网络发展方向进行了研究,提出了作者的一点看法。最后,作者结合现场总线实验系统和卷接机组改造项目中的体会对PLC控制系统的仿真调试进行了研究,研究设计了PLC仿真调试系统。
Fieldbus technology is a digital, distributed, open and inter-operational technology, which represents the development trend of industrial control system. In the paper, we first analyzed the birth of fieldbus and its characteristic and excellences, then we thoroughly studied the network architecture and communication protocol of PROFIBUS and AS-i .On the foundation of above works, we designed a small but applied fieldbus monitoring and control network, which provides a ideal study and experiment platform for the application of PROFIBUS and AS-i technology. We thoroughly discussed the architecture and design process of the fieldbus monitoring and control network, and we also studied the DP interface programming according to the problem met in the design process. We also designed a fieldbus control system which is applied to cigarette making machinery with the reconstruct project of cigarette factory as its background. In addition, we discussed PROFInet and the development of industrial control network. In the end, we studied and developed a PLC simulation and debugging system based on personal computer according to the experience in the design of fieldbus control system.
