大连大富塑料彩印有限公司质量管理案例研究

摘要
在传统制造业中,企业只需要保证最终出厂的产品满足顾客要求,而现代制造业则需要满足顾客、员工、所有者、分供方、社会、自然等的期望和要求。质量也不仅指最终产品的性能指标要求,还包括设计质量、制造质量、使用质量和废弃质量等等。未来的质量管理的目标应该是追求“组织存在价值”,从“市场引导的被动生产”向“引导市场消费的主动生产”转变。现代先进的制造技术不再局限于将原材料变成成品的加工工艺过程,质量的范围也相应的延伸到产品设计开发、原材料采购、加工制造、装配试用、包装储存、销售、使用维修服务。同时涉及的人员也不再局限于加工人员、检验人员,而是扩展到整个企业乃至整个社会。
     大连大富塑料彩印有限公司系中日合资的生产性企业,是国内第一家全套引进国外先进凹印技术装备的彩印厂。公司主要经济指标曾连续多年位居全国同行业第一名,并成为中国最大的软包装企业之一。主导产品有糖果和食品包材、宠物食品包材、药品包材、洗发香波包材、洗衣粉包材等。然而,在企业的不断发展壮大的过程中,质量问题的软肋效应开始逐渐显现,公司产品的产品合格率一直维持在较低的水平,而同期的产品退货率也出现攀升的趋势,由于不合格品和退货的逐渐增多,给公司带来了非常大的损失。质量危机的日益严峻,引起了公司管理层的高度重视,从2005年开始,公司对质量管理工作进行了大刀阔斧的调整工作,选拔精干的技术力量,充实到公司的质量管理部门,把末端的质量检测工作,转变为全过程的质量系统监督,覆盖了原材料审核、设备运行监控、生产过程管理、出厂产品检测等各个质量环节,而且建立并落实了完善系统的质量管理制度。通过这些措施的开展,公司的质量管理工作焕然一新。
     本案例共分为四章,第一章是序论,主要介绍选题背景、研究意义、技术路线和研究方法。第二章是大富公司的质量管理变革,主要分析大富公司的自然情况、所处行业背景、大富公司的质量管理问题及解决措施。第三章是案例分析部分,对质量管理的相关理论进行了系统综述,并依据理论对大富公司的质量管理措施进行了分析,在此基础上对大富公司未来的质量管理工作提出了几点建议。第四章是结论,对本文的主要观点进行了梳理和汇总。
