摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，信息作为市场经济的首要条件，将越来越受到社会重视。信息社会最主要的经济活动是服务，信息社会最有代表性的生产力是网络，也就是信息赖以传播、处理和交换的设施和通道。如果说工业社会是以机器为中心的商业社会，那么信息社会就是以网络为中心的服务社会。因此，分析我国网络产业的发展现状、结合网络产业的时代背景，继而提出适合我国的网络产业发展对策将具有一定现实意义。
本文首先对世界互联网络的发展历史进行了阐述，网络经济是随互联网及其应用的发展而发展起来的新的经济形态。它不限于网上的经济活动，还扩展到同信息网络的建设、运行和应用相关联的一切经济活动。网络经济是信息技术及其产业迅猛发展的必然结果。而后对网络经济的各方面进行了分析，接着就谈到我国网络产业的发展现状，分别对其产业结构、产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效等方面进行了研究，谈到了我国的网络产业的规模还偏低，产业发展水平比较落后，以期望能从产业组织的角度探索影响我国网络产业发展的深层因素。
最后，在此基础上，本文在最后提出了对网络产业的发展对策，包括政府对策和企业对策。
Information will be put on more weight because information is the very important factor when social market economy is going ahead. The most important economical activity in the information society is the service,and the most typical workforce of this society is the network-the infrustration and approach of spreading,managing and transforming information. If we believe that industry society is a economical society which is go around machine manufacturing,then,information society is the service society in which the network is the center. So,studying the current situation of the network industry,combining with the circumstance of the time and finding a suitable way to the network industry will have much significance.
At first,the paper elaborates the history of the world network development. Secondly. Internet economy is the new kind of economy. It is not limited to the economical activities which is done on the internet,but also mean many kinds of activities which have close relation with the setting-up,function and application of the network.. Internet economy is the necessary result of the development of the IT and its industry. Then,the paper have the researches in the many sides of the internet-economy and the developing complexion of the network industry,analyzing the structure of the industry,the structure of the market,the behavior of the market and the performance of the market. So that we can find the deep-seated reasons ,seeing from the point of organization of the industry ,which have some business with the industry.
At last,based on these researches,the paper gives some useful ways and solutions from two sides of the government and the corporation.
