强势产业中的弱势企业竞争优势研究

摘要
随着经济全球化与贸易自由化的进程,国家之间的竞争更多地表现为产业的竞争。产业在市场竞争中占上风,就必须充分发挥自身的比较优势,寻找最具有竞争优势的区位,形成独特的核心竞争力。纺织服装产业作为中国当前强势产业,享有独特的比较优势,加入WTO将面对更多的机遇。就武汉服装业而言,今后将面临来自国内国际两方面竞争的强大压力,形势不容乐观。特别对一些弱势企业,如何提高竞争力,迎接挑战,已是不可回避的问题。
     本文从价值链角度分析了弱势企业如何创造竞争优势,同时指出弱势企业的防御性总体战略。具体内容共分三章:
     第一章 强势产业概述,重点论述强势产业的理论依据和影响强势产业的三大因素,同时分析指出纺织服装产业是中国当前的强势产业之一。
     第二章 弱势企业的竞争优势,主要分析弱势企业的特点,从价值链角度详细地分析“武汉艺和”的竞争优势。
     第三章 弱势企业的竞争战略,详细地分析武汉服装产业的结构,运用SWOT法研究武汉艺和的优劣势,具体指出防御性总体战略及其实施对策。
With the development of economy globalization and trade liberalization, the competition of country mostly appear the competition of industry. Industry must develop itself own comparative advantage, find the most competitive advantage field, form special core competence. Textile and garment industry, as present strong industry in China, has the special comparative advantage and face more chance with entry into WTO. As for WuHan garment industry, it will be faced with dual pressure from both home and abroad, but situation is pessimistic. Especially for weak enterprise, it is an unavoidable problem how to upgrade competitiveness and face challenge.
    This thesis analyzes weak enterprise' s competitive advantage from the aspect of value chain, at the same time points out weak enterprise' s defensive comprehensive strategy. The content include three chapters.
    The first chapter introduces the outline of strong industry, including the theoretical base and three factors, points out that textile and garment industry is the one of present strong industry in China.
    The second chapter studies the competitive advantage of weak enterprise, analyzes in detail the speciality of weak enterprise and the competitive advantage of WuHan YIHE from value chain.
    The third chapter studies the competitive strategy of weak enterprise, analyzes the structure of WuHan garment industry, searches for the advantage and disadvantage of WuHan YIHE by SWOT. Finally it points out the defensive comprehensive strategy and practicable measures.
