《肝胆疾病的生物化学与实验室诊断》网络课件的研制

摘要
网络远程教育(Web Distance Education )是基于网络的远程学习,是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型教育方式。网络课件(Web Courseware)是基于Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)模式开发、能在Internet(互联网)或Intranet(局域网)上发布的CAI课件。本文介绍了教育部的“新世纪网络课程建设工程”的项目之一《临床生物化学》—肝胆疾病的生物化学与实验室诊断网络教学课件的开发及其制作流程,以便为师生提供一个方便、高效的网上教学与学习方式。本课件主要有四部分组成:
    1、课件的总体设计:包括对教学内容的选择,对知识点、学习水平(教学目标)的确定,以及文字脚本和制作脚本的编制。强调了网络多媒体技术必须为教学内容服务。并对课件的开发、使用环境进行了阐述。
    2、素材的选择、使用和制作:网络课件素材选择的基本要求是根据所要表现的教学内容及教学效果,选择和运用合理的媒体,体现媒体为教学内容和教学过程服务的原则。结合课件的制作本文详细描述了文字素材的选择和使用、图形素材选择和使用、声音素材的选用与制作、动画素材的制作。
    3、网络技术:介绍了栏目的确定、课件的链接结构和层次结构的确定。重点描述了网页的设计,包括本课件的网页版面布局、网页色彩的搭配、网页字体的设计。
    4、本文还阐述了本课件中运用的一些关键技术:利用JavaScript语言和 DHTML在网页实现树状导航和采用ASP+ADO的方法设计网络自测系统数据库。
    
    
    本课件的制作完成为教师上课提供了一种辅助教学的方式,并为临床生物化学网络教育提供更生动、丰富的学习环境。
The web-based education is new powerful means of education based on the development of Internet and IT . Web-base courseware means computer-aided instruction(CAI)that is depend on the explore of Browser/Server and can be transported through the Internet or Intranet. The purpose of this article is to describe the planning, development, and implementation of a Web-based education program for clinical diagnostic biochemistry of liver disease which is a secondary project from "Web-based education program in new century 'of ministry of education. We developed this on-line setting education programs to provide a more convenient and more effective service to the teachers and the students.
    This paper is composed mainly of four parts:
    The first is the whole planning which includes selecting teaching content、determination of knowledge points and setting learning level as well as design the script. It is emphasized that web-based multimedia technology must serve for teaching. In addition, the suitable environment is described.
    The second part explains how to determine and use the material involved in this project. Using multimedia technology to show teaching content correctly and ultimately enhance its educational impact is the basic requirement. The
    
    process related to selecting and making words, images and audio Were presented.
    The third part is about wed-based technology used in this program. Once the column, hyperlink structure, order were decided, the most important thing was designing web pages included arrangement, color matching, style of word and so on.
    Finally, this article introduced some advanced key technology which was applied such as JavaScript and DHTML which was used to set up trees structure in web pages. We also designed on-line self-testing database employing ASP plus ADO.
     The described courseware provide the educators and students provides a more dynamic and enriching learning environment for web-based education.
