摘要
英美“特殊关系”是国际关系的重要内容。它概指英美两国在国际政治范畴内的政治、经济、军事、文化等关系。英美“特殊关系”是大西洋关系的重要内容之一，在二战中、冷战时期和冷战后，它的运作和特点给国际政治带来深刻影响。
英美“特殊关系”在二战中形成并一直持续到今天，在不同的历史阶段，它都有一些变化和发展，通过论述和分析其发展的过程和特点将有助于我们认识其本质——英美在共同利益驱使下的结合，历史及文化因素也起到了联结英美“特殊关系”的纽带作用。通过分析将使我们更好地估测英美“特殊关系”发展的方向和可能带来的影响。因此，对这一问题的研究具有较高的学术价值和实践意义。全文共分为引言、第一、二、三部分和结语。引言主要论述本课题的研究现状和研究意义，对研究文献进行综述，从而为下文的分析进行准备：
第一部分：主要论述和分析了关于英美“特殊关系”的形成的时间和原因，并对英美“特殊关系”发展的演变进行了简要的回顾，并分析了演变原因。
第二部分总结了英美“特殊关系”演变的四个特点，并分析了其本质。
第三部分探讨了影响英美“特殊关系”的负面和正面因素，并对其未来的走向和影响进行了展望。
It is the main content among the international relationships. It refers to relationships at politics, economic, military and culture in the category of politics. It is one of the important content among the Great Atlantic Ocean relationships. Its operation and characteristics brought great influence on international politics in the period world war two, cold war and the time after cold war. It came into being in world war two and existed presently. It had some changes and developments at every historic step. By expounding and analyzing the course and characteristic of its
development we can realize its essence better-the cause that the two
countries formed a tight unity is their common interest. Besides such common interest, the history and the culture are other causes to unite the two countries tightly. We can better predict the future and the possible influence of Anglo-American special relationship.
And therefore, such research works are of great learning value and practical meaning. The paper is composed of the preface, the main content and the ending. The preface focuses on introducing the works on this topic and research meaning and present study to make preparation for the later analysis.
Part one , to expound and analyze the time and cause that Anglo American special relationship formed, then to recall the evolution of Anglo-American special relationship and its cause.
Part two to sum up the four characteristics and essence of Anglo American special relationship.
Part three to explore both the positive and negative factors which could bring influence on Anglo-American special relationship, and then to make an outlook on Anglo-American special relationship's trend and influence.
