变压器故障诊断与检修计划决策支持系统的研究

摘要
电力变压器故障诊断对电力系统的安全经济运行有着十分重要的意义。本文在广泛收集变压器故障诊断专家知识的基础上,讨论变压器故障原因、种类以及检测与判断流程,提出了变压器故障智能诊断专家系统。该系统以油中溶解气体分析作为诊断内部潜伏性故障的主线,结合各种相应的高压试验项目进行综合诊断,确定故障的类别,有效地弥补了单一方法的不足。
     针对目前变压器检修计划主要由人工制定的现状,本文提出了变压器检修计划的计算机辅助决策系统。本文深入研究了变压器检修计划的优化决策方法,建立整数规划数学模型,并采用鲁棒性很强遗传算法进行优化求解。
     本文结合山东菏泽供电公司具体软件工程项目,开发了基于B/S架构的多层分布式软件应用系统,达到了变压器故障智能诊断与检修计划决策支持的目的。
The fault diagnose of transformer is very important to the security and economic operation of power system. In this thesis ,an expert system for intelligent fault diagnose of transformer is be proposed, which based on widely collecting expert knowledge of fault diagnose of transformer, researching the cause and categories of transformer fault, researching the detecting technique and estimation flow of it. The system regards the analyzing of deliquescent gas in oil as main method for diagnosing inner delitescent fault. The system carries out a comprehensive diagnosing combined with diversified high voltage tests items and it can identify the sort of fault. This method effectively remedies the limitation of single means.
    The computer aided decision system of transformers maintenance schedule design is proposed according to the situation that the design is mainly manual made at present. On base of consulting a great amount of material, a deep research on the optimized method of the transformer maintenance schedule design is done in this paper, the integer programming model is set up and the GA(genetic algorithm) is adopted to get the optimized result.
    The multiplayer distributed software application system based on the B/S frame is developed combined with the project of HeZe Electric Power Company. It realized object of the computer aided decision for the transformers' intelligent diagnose and maintenance schedule.
