焦化备煤与出焦过程控制系统的设计与实现

摘要
焦化生产的前提是必须有一个完善的各煤系统,将配合煤料输送到煤塔作为炼焦的原料,出焦后需要一个筛焦系统将焦炭块筛分成不同用途规格的产品,同时需要一个除尘系统实现无污染生产。本课题针对备煤与出焦过程,提出一种基于全集成自动化的新一代过程控制系统PCS7的控制系统设计方案。
     本文以韶钢焦化厂焦化生产过程为背景,介绍了备煤、筛焦、除尘控制系统的研究和设计方法。首先基于生产工艺流程,分析焦化过程需要解决的问题以及实现的控制功能。然后构造系统总体框架,包括系统硬件结构、软件实施等。建立PLC网络,利用现场总线协议形成开放型的两级计算机控制系统。最后分别从控制级和监视级的角度进行深入的分析。
     系统软件以新一代过程控制系统PCS7为开发平台,上位机选用工业组态软件WinCC进行对生产过程的实时监控和数据的存储;下位机采用S7自动化系统作为现场控制单元实现过程控制,以灵活多样的分布式I/O接收现场传感检测信号。现场运行情况证实系统具有较好的可靠性和实用性,满足现场生产的要求。
The precondition of coking process is a self-contained coal-preparation system, which transplants the mixed coal to tower as the source for coking. After coking, there is a coke-sifted system to sift the coke for different purposes. At the same time, it needs the dust exhaust system to realize pollution-free production. Then a new process control system pcs7 based on Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) is presented as the solution to the coal-preparation and coking process.
    Some problems based on the working flows of the coking process are analyzed and the control functions are put forward. Then the whole structure of the systems including the hardware and software frame is built. Through the plc networks, make up of a two levels computer control system using the protocol of CAN. Lastly, the embedded analyse is gone on from the aspects of control level and supervision level respectively.
    A new process control system pcs7 is adopted as the developing platform, real-time supervision systems are developed under windows and the industrial configuration software WinCC to get and store the data. The s7 automatic system as the control units realizes the process control, receives the local sensor signals with the distributed i/o. The real run results show that the system is designed dependably and practicably, which satisfies the industrial requirements.
