LRH-3、HCG、PMSG影响人工授精(AI)蓝狐繁殖率的比较研究

摘要
本试验针对蓝狐产仔率和产仔数低的问题,通过比较LRH-3、HCG、PMSG这三种激素对蓝狐产仔率和产仔数的影响,找到了提高蓝狐繁殖率的最佳激素和激素的最佳组合。
     试验分8组,7个处理组和1个对照组。其中第一、二、三组只在初配时单独注射一种激素,即分别为LRH-3、HCG、PMSG。试验结果,注射LRH-3、PMSG的两组的产仔率和胎平均产仔数与对照组相比差异显著,产仔率分别比对照组(5%)高10%和8.5%,产仔数比对照组(6.1只)高1.1只和1.7只。而第二组注射HCG,产仔率比对照组低10%,产仔数与对照组差异不显著。第四、第五组是在初配时注射PMSG,复配时分别注射LRH-3和HCG。结果,注射PMSG+LRH-3的产仔率达到81.8%,比单独注射LRH-3提高6.8%,差异显著,而注射PMSG+HCG的产仔率没有提高,产仔数比对照组高0.8只。说明提高蓝狐繁殖率的激素最佳组合为PMSG+LRH-3。第六组分两次注射HCG,第七组两次注射LRH-3,与一次注射HCG和LRH-3比较。结果,两次注射LRH-3的产仔率达到82.4%,比对照组提高17.4%,比一次注射LRH-3的产仔率提高7.4%,胎平均产仔数7.5只,比对照组高1.4只。而两次注射HCG,产仔率比一次注射提高14.2%。说明两次注射比一次注射对提高母狐繁殖率效果更明显,其中LRH-3效果优于HCG。试验各组母狐妊娠天数与对照组比较没有差别。本试验对4只有采精障碍的种公狐注射HCG,通过注射药物后与注射药物前的精液品质比较,说明HCG对种公狐有促进性腺发育,促进生精,增强公狐性欲的作用。
This experiment was focusing on the low breeding rate and small litter size in artificial bred blue fox .By comparing the influence of LRH-3 ,HCG&PMSG,achieved in finding optimum hormone and their optimum combination.
    The experiment involves 8 groups of animals,7 testing groups and a control group. For group I ,II & III,LRH-3,HCG or PMSG was injected to each group respectively when first mating. Group I & III which LRH-3 & PMSG was respectively injected obtained significant progress in breeding rate and litter size prior to the group II. The breeding rate was 10% and 8.5% over the control group(65%) and litter size extended by 1. 1 and 1. 7 respectively over the control group(6. 1).Group II injected with HCG obtained 10% breeding rate below the control group and litter size was not significantly different. In group IV & V,PMSG and LRH-3+HCG were injected respectively when first and second mating. The group treated with PMSG+LRH-3 obtained 81.8% breeding rate,6. 8% higher than control group. In group treated with PMSG+HCG ,there were no difference breeding rate and 0.8 more in litter size than that of control group. This indicates that the premium hormone combination for improving Blue Fox s breeding rate is PMSG+LRH-3.In
    group VI,hormone HCG was injected for 2 times. In group Vfl,hormone LRH-3 was injected 2 times,aiming for comparation with group I &II. The results showed breeding rate in group Vfl was 82. 4%,respectively 17. 4% and 7. 4% more than those in control group and group I .The litter size of this group was 7.5 cubs,1.4 more than control group. It indicats that twice injections of HCG can improve the breeding rate by 14. 2%. this indicated that ,twice injection of HCG or LRH-3 was effective to improve the breeding rate of female foxes,of which LRH-3 injections was prior over HCG. In the experiment ,the hormonal treatment did not change the pregnancy period. HCG injection also used for 4 male foxes which exhibited difficulties in semen collection. Higher semen quality was obtained after treatment. It suggest that HCG works effectively in stimulating the sexual-gland developmend,semen generation and seualty.
