宽幅大厚度摊铺机抗离析技术应用研究

摘要
在现行沥青混凝土路面施工中,机械化施工工艺及设备配置是否科学合理对施工质量有很大影响。现行的沥青混凝土路面施工是由自卸车把混合料卸到摊铺机料斗中然后直接摊铺,这样就会在螺旋布料的过程中产生材料和温度的再离析,从而降低路面质量。
     论文从宽幅大厚度摊铺技术的基本理论出发,进行了以下研究:
     (1)分析了现行沥青混凝土路面施工工艺和施工规范中存在的问题,提出了一种宽幅大厚度摊铺工艺,利用具有二次拌和功能的摊铺机,来降低摊铺过程中出现的材料离析和温度离析。
     (2)对新工艺中的摊铺机螺旋搅拌机理、压实度变化模型、熨平装置形成初压实度机理和大厚度压实理论进行了研究,在理论上证明了使用该工艺可以降低摊铺离析,实现大厚度摊铺施工的压实要求。
     (3)通过对摊铺机悬挂大臂装置静态受力及振动动态特性的研究,确定了熨平装置振动的设置参数,对改善摊铺路面的平整度、压实度具有重要的意义。
     (4)通过对江西景婺黄(常)高速公路中运用新工艺的试验数据分析,证明新工艺是可行的。
     基于宽幅大厚度摊铺技术的沥青混凝土路面机械化施工新工艺,在国内外还缺乏系统研究,本论文在充分借鉴国内外同类问题研究的基础上,按照整个施工工艺流程,研究了影响摊铺施工的各个环节,对整个沥青路面机械化施工具有一定的实践和理论指导意义。
In the construction of modern Asphalt Pavement, to some extend, the pavement quality depends on the rationality of construction technology. During the traditional construction technology, asphalt concrete which directly paved is damped into the hopper of the paver from a tipper, which will lead to both material and temperature segregation, which creates the early damage of the asphalt pavement aggravate.
     Based on theory of extra wide great thickness construction technology, the thesis has chiefly carried on research of the following aspects:
     (1)This paper analyses the shortcoming of traditional construction technology and puts forward a solution, adding a paver with mixing ability, which deposits and mixes asphalt concrete again, reducing material and temperature segregation.
     (2)The mechanism of the mixing auger、the change model of compaction、the mechanism of forming compaction by the leveling vibration system and the principle of great thickness compaction are researched, which has practical value to the asphalt concrete pavement construction.
     (3)Through analyzing static and vibration model of the paver, the datum to set the vibration parameter of the leveling system and alleviate the affect of the road compaction and flatness are found.
     (4)The paper analyses the feasibility of the new technology basing on the application of extra wide great thickness construction technology in the Jingwuhuang(chang) highway of Jiangxi province by a mass of testing data and photos.
     Research on technology model of asphalt pavement mechanization construction of based on extra wide great thickness technology has not attracted much attention in China and abroad. According to the whole technology, this paper has researched the details of new technology based on the results of others achievements. In a word, this paper has both practical and academic value to the construction of the concrete pavement.
