宽负载范围ZVS全桥变换器研究

摘要
随着电子技术的进步和通讯、电力行业的发展,对开关电源提出了越来越高的要求。本文对现有全桥移相变换器进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了宽负载范围下获得ZVS效果的拓扑结构,对其进行了理论分析。在Buck电路小信号模型的基础上,获得全桥移相变换器小信号模型,运用自动控制理论对闭环控制控制系统进行了分析。
     开关电源的模块化需要稳定、可靠的均流技术。本文采用最大电流法均流技术进行模块间的均流,并对均流稳定性进行了分析。该方法同样适用于平均电流法均流技术。
     最后,本文简要介绍了采用宽负载范围ZVS全桥变换器的220Vdc/10A电力操作电源设计。
As the development of the electronics technology , the consumers need the performance of the switching power supplies which used in the fields of telecommunication and power systems more and more excellent.
    First of all, this paper analyzes the general zero-voltage-switched, phase-shifted converters. To overcome the shortcoming existing in the PS converter, this paper presents a PS converter which has advantage of full zvs-range and reduced commuting inductor requirement by combining the technology of auxiliary net and commutating inductor. Second, the paper analyzes the converter system's structure feature in details and presents control strategy .
    The modularization of switching power supplies requires the paralleled DC/DC converters with active current sharing operating stable. This paper analyzed the current-sharing stability used in highest current method.
    Finally, this paper shows a power module especially designed as the battery charger(220Vdc/10A)for the power systems.
