摘要

A globalized world economy has led to positive Chinese and Polish economic growth, foreign direct investments, a notable increase in production, employment and innovativeness of the economy.
There is a big imbalance between China and Poland which is connected with low Chinese import from Poland. The work is the presentation of the Chinese and Polish economies, of their potentials, investment climate opportunities and possibilities of mutual trade and cooperation to decrease this imbalance
Trade cooperation between China and Poland in years 2000-2008 concerns also Poland accession to European Union (2004) and China accession to World Trade Organization (2001). China has set to fulfill the bulk of its WTO commitments and Implementations of the policies as well the impact of Poland's integration with the EU in terms of GDP growth, trade balance, inflation, the financial sector, foreign direct investments (FDI) and other macroeconomic variables have the reflection in trade in both countries.
This master's thesis also considers the world financial crisis which has had an undoubtedly influence on the profitability of foreign trade (transaction prices in export and import).
The above mentioned factors have an important impact on the future cooperation between China and Poland and have allowed the two economies to overcome difficulties connected with the world financial crisis.
