基于WebGIS的物流车辆跟踪系统研究与应用

摘要
物流是我国近年来新兴的朝阳行业,随着社会的发展,物流行业的重要性逐渐显现出来。同时伴随着我国经济的迅速发展以及公路设施的逐步完善,汽车作为方便、快捷的交通运输工具给物流行业带来了巨大的经济利益。因此,如何对运输途中的车辆进行有效监管对物流企业来说尤为重要。
     WebGIS是GIS技术的一个重要发展方向,它利用互联网技术来扩展和完善地理信息系统,其核心是在地理信息系统中嵌入HTTP和TCP/IP标准的应用体系,客户端可以借助本地浏览器来实现互联网环境下的地理信息系统功能。将WebGIS技术、GPS卫星定位技术和GSM数字移动通信技术这三种技术融合起来,可以有效的解决运输车辆的监控问题。
     本文主要研究WebGIS技术在车辆监控系统中的应用。首先具体介绍了与车辆监控相关的GPS、GSM和WebGIS三种技术,同时较为详细地论述了WebGIS的各种开发技术及其优缺点,并着重介绍了开发平台MapXtreme 2005的技术特点。
     其次,结合物流公司的业务需求,给出了车辆监控系统的解决方案。主要包括系统的功能设计、网络结构设计、体系结构设计和数据库设计。在体系结构设计中引入了Ajax技术,构建了异步数据传输的WebGIS模型,从而实现地图的局部刷新,提高系统运行效率。同时在数据库设计中,通过对业务数据和车辆GPS数据的分析,实现了两种数据的有效关联。
     最后,给出了系统中关键部分功能的实现方法,包括车辆动态监控、历史轨迹回放、车辆GPS数据的查询以及地图居中、放大、缩小的局部刷新功能的实现。系统在公司运行后,有效的实现了对车辆的监管,对公司的运营产生了积极的作用。
In recent years, logistics has been developing rapidly in our country. With the developing of the society, logistics has become more and more important for most corporations. At the same time, with the rapid development of economy and gradual improvement of road infrastructure, vehicle as a convenient and speedy transport has brought enormous benefits to the logistics. Therefore, how to effectively monitor vehicles is particularly important to logistics enterprises.
     WebGIS becomes an important direction of the development of GIS, which extends and consummates Geographical Information System using Internet technology, its core technology is to embed the HTTP and TCP/IP standard into Geographical Information System and the client can use the local browser to achieve the functions of Geographical Information System under the Internet environment. To integrate WebGIS, GPS and GSM technologies can solve the problems of vehicle monitoring.
     The thesis mainly researches the application of WebGIS in vehicle monitoring system. Firstly it studies WebGIS, GPS and GSM technologies which are associated with vehicle monitoring system, and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various developing technologies of WebGIS, in the meantime it, discusses the technical characteristics of the development platform MapXtreme 2005.
     Secondly, it gives the solution of vehicle monitoring system with the business needs of logistics companies, including the design of functions, network structure, architecture and database. Ajax is introduced in architecture design, then it builds an asynchronous data transmission WebGIS model to achieve partial refresh and to improve the efficiency of system. At the same time, in the database design, it achieves the association of business data and vehicle GPS data through the analyzing of two kinds of data.
     Finally, the thesis implements the key parts of the system, including the functions of vehicle real-time monitoring, vehicle's history trace showing, vehicle's GPS information enquiring and the partial refresh functions of map centering and map zooming,. The system implements the vehicle monitoring and gets a positive effect after it was used by the company.
