客运专线动车组运用计划优选及运用修优化研究

摘要
动车组运用问题是客运专线规划与运营的重要课题之一,关系到设备投资的多寡及运输组织的合理有序。动车组运用计划则统筹解决了动车组运用问题,包括运行径路与运用修的安排。本文着力研究的动车组运用计划优选及运用修优化问题既是动车组运用问题的两个子问题,亦为动车组运用计划编制问题的延伸。展开对此两问题的研究,既为此前文献所未深触,亦是基于客运专线运输组织的实际需要,故对运输实践有一定的参考价值。
     论文分析了影响动车组运用效率的诸种因素,阐述动车组运用计划的内涵、外延及其编制过程,界定勾画动车组运用交路的约束条件,探讨了运用方决策者意图对于运用计划编制的影响,概述了动车组运用计划计算机自动编制的难点所在。在分析前述动车组运用机理的基础上,进一步深入对于动车组运用计划及运用修问题的研究。在明确动车组运用计划优选标准的前提下,修正前人关于动车组运用的速度指标及构造了动车组运用修次数指标,进而构建动车组运用计划评价指标体系,建立动车组运用计划优选模型及优选步骤,引入包含主客观信息的主客观赋权法解决动车组运用计划优选问题,兼顾了运用方决策者的意图与运输实践中的客观实际;分析了动车运用所检修系统的流程特征,并指出其为排队系统,在对该系统动车组到达时间分布与检修时间分布做适当假设的前提下,从实现动车运用所检修系统整体优化计,建立以检修成本与排队损失机会成本最少为目标函数,运用排队论M/M/m/n/n模型,解决固定区段运用方式下动车运用所检修台位(检修线)合理数目确定问题,并构建了在此模型下符合生产实际的确定检修台位(检修线)数目的解析式。
Motor Train-set Routing Problem is one of the most important issues of High-speed Railway's regulation and routing, which matters the quantity of financial investments on equipment and the reasonable organization of transportation. However, those problems are settled by Motor Train-set Plan totally, including the routing ways and service-repair of Motor train are solved too. Therefore, the optimization of Motor Train-set Plan and the optimization of service-repair of motor train that this thesis focused on is not only two problems a raised by Motor Train-set Routing Problem, but also problem of the extension of Motor Train-set Plan. In order to fill the vacancy left by the former scholars, and to meet the needs of the transporting organization of High-speed Railway, the author venture to discuss the two problems in his thesis, with the hope of benefiting the Motor Train Routing.
     The thesis analyzes those factors that extend influence on the efficiency of Motor Train Routing, discusses the intonation, extension and coding process of Motor Train-set Plan, points out the binding conditions of Motor Train Routing Ways and the influences of the men-in- charge's will on the coding process of Motor Train Routing, and states the difficulties of using computer automated coding of Motor Train-set Plan. Based on the former theories, the author of this thesis continues with the study of Motor Train-set Plan and service-repair of Motor train in a deeper way. With the arm of co rectify the speed index of the Motor Train Routing and the times index of service-repair of Motor train. Firstly, the author tries to establish a system of evaluation index and a model and steps of optimization on Motor Train Routing, points out how to adopt the objective and subjective synthetic approach to solve the optimization problem, and work out the influence of the willing of the person in charge. Secondly, the author analyzes the proceeding characteristics of the repairing system, and illustrates how does queueing theory work in that condition. Finally, the author uses the M/M/m/n/n to deals with repair position, and proves that the analytic formula of repair position can be well settled under such kind of theory model.
