典型焊接件特征造型与焊接产品数据管理研究

摘要
焊接领域的CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成化研究是焊接学科研究的一个重要方向。而基于焊接特征的焊接工件造型和产品数据管理技术是实现焊接产品CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成的重要理论和技术基础。本文针对这一研究领域,作了以下工作:
     对焊接产品设计、存储和机器人加工过程进行分析,归纳出了焊接特征的内涵。具体包含了焊接零件特征、接头特征、坡口特征、焊缝特征以及焊接工艺特征等。
     在VB开发环境下,使用Solid Edge造型软件进行二次开发。研究基于特征的焊接件造型方法与特征存储、识别方法。具体包含:建立平板零件、折板零件、工字梁、锥形圆弧板零件、直管、圆弧形弯管、椎形圆弧弯管、圆形封头、圆锥形封头、相贯管(子母管)等十种典型焊接件的基于特征的造型模型;建立基于特征的坡口造型模型,建立基于特征的焊接接头装配模型。
     为了支持焊接特征的存储、识别,基于SQL Serve 2005数据库管理系统,在VB环境下开发焊接产品数据库系统,建立焊接产品数据管理系统的雏形,实现对特征信息的管理,并为焊接CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的集成提供数据库支持。
Because of the development of welding robot application, the CAD/CAPP/CAM used in welding design is an ideal way to realize the welding automatization. And using the welding feature to design welding part and manage welding production is an important way to realize the welding integrating. In this file, the research work is following:
     For using the welding feature to design welding product, analyze the progress of thedesign and storage of welding product and the robot processing, explore the definitions of welding features. These features are the welding pars feature, the welding groove feature, the welding joint feature, and so on.
     Use VB to do the solid edge secondary-development, and establish welding part molding system according to welding features. These parts are flats, arc flats, the straight pipes, the arc pipes, the intersecting pipes, and so on.
     Establish the mathematics models of the welding groove according to the welding groove feature.
     Establish the mathematics models of the assembling of welding parts according to the welding joint feature in a CAD system. Compute the positions of all the parts of a welding product in the same reference frame to control the assembling. And the design flat is Solid Edge.
     Do some explorative research of the welding product data management (WPDM), and establish the data-base of welding standard parts, welding products, welding grooves, welding joints and welding features. Design the welding production management system.
