型号工程模具快速设计与管理系统基于特征的工程图快速绘制的研究与实现

摘要
工程图是工程技术人员在产品设计、生产中表达和交流设计思想的一种重要工具。商品化三维CAD系统实现了三维向二维的转换,但是标题栏、明细表以及尺寸标注等的处理繁琐,严重制约了设计效率。结合型号工程模具快速设计和管理系统的开发,以CATIA为开发平台,采用组件应用架构CAA和通用面向对象的C++语言,开发了工程图快速绘制模块。
     以模具特征为载体,将冷冲模的几何信息和非几何信息有机地集成在一起,充分利用层次化信息模型提取各种特征信息,实现冷冲模特征信息向工程图的自动转换,基于上述方法,实现了标题栏的定制、明细表的自动生成与快速排序、附注添加以及冷冲模刃口尺寸的快速计算和标注。从而有效提高了工程图处理的效率。
Drawing is one of the important communicate tools for engineers during product design and manufacture. Recently, commercial CAD system provides the function of transition from 3D to 2D, but the processing of heading, part-list and dimensioning is not convenient and this lead to low efficiency of design. Integrated in the system of die rapid design and management, the module of rapid processing drawing is implemented on CATIA with component application architecture, CAA and OOP programming language C++.
    Geometry information and non-geometry information are integrated on the basis of die feature. With the information of feature is transferred to drawing by using the hierarchical model, functions such as the customization of heading, the automatic building and rapid sorting of part-list, the automatic adding of the annotations and the rapid calculating and dimensioning of the die cutting edge are implemented, and then the efficiency of drawing processing is improved.
