基于OPC的电力远动调度通信服务的研究

摘要
传统的电力远动系统在数据传输速度和灵活性方面,无法满足对实时数据交换的要求,为此IEC制定了最新的通信标准IEC 61850。然而新标准的普及还需要时间,多种远动规约共存是当今的现状。针对当前的这种情况,本文采用工业过程控制中的标准化技术OPC技术,对电力远动信息传输方式进行了深入的研究和探索。
     本文对OPC规范及其核心技术COM进行了剖析,重点对最新的远动规约IEC 61850的体系结构、信息建模方法以及变电站配置语言SCL进行了研究。在上述技术基础上设计了基于OPC的电力远动调度通讯服务组件,为从变电站端到调度中心的数据访问提供了统一的接口,并针对IEC 61850信息模型,给出了一种数据映射方法。
Traditional power telecontrol system is unable to meet the demands of real- time data exchange in the speed of data transmission and flexibility, Therefor the IEC constituted the newest communication standard—IEC 61850. However, the polularization of new standard still need a long time, the currently status is many standards coexist. Aim at this thing, the paper adopts the standardized technique in industry control—OPC, conducts an in-depth study and exploration on transmission mode of power telecontrol information.
     The paper analyses the OPC and its core technique COM, emphasis on the architecture and information model of IEC 61850 and substation configuration language. On the basis of above, designs an OPC based communication service module for telecontrol, provides a uniform interface to data access from substation to dispatching center, aims at IEC 61850 data model, it gives an data mapping method.
