铁道车辆轮对动平衡新工艺研究

摘要
随着车辆运行速度的不断提高,轮对平衡性能的好坏直接影响到车辆的安全和运行品质,因此部颁标准中规定快速客车必须进行轮对试验。轮对动平衡去重、配重工艺在历史上均有采用,而目前在生产中大多数采用去重工艺,基本上能满足安全及性能要求,但生产中也出现了由于去重切削使轮对强度下降,造成了轮对降级使用和报废现象的发生,随着金属冷焊接技术的发展,给动平衡配重工艺提供了新的理论基础,因此对动平衡工艺进行研究和试验具有一定的现实意义。
     本文首先谈论了动平衡的基本理论,分析了刚性回转体及组合回转体的平衡原理、平衡方法,并对平衡工艺进行了简要说明。
     其次,针对在生产实践中正在采用的去重工艺进行了分析,对动平衡试验及去重设备进行具体介绍,并对生产实践中采集到的数据及统计数据进行分析,找出了目前去重工艺中存在的问题。
     然后,在研究环氧树脂的多种多样的应用的基础上,提出了利用新型的双组分环氧树脂进行动平衡配重工艺的可行性,并进行了配重工艺实践及配重后的试验。
     最后,在进行了两种不同工艺的效果和成本的分析后,提出用粘接配重工艺代替去重工艺的方案。
     通过现场10条采用粘接配重工艺处理的轮对的装车使用,证明铁道车辆轮对动平衡粘接配重工艺便于操作,耗时少,成本低,具有一定的实用推广价值。
Along with improving the speed of rolling stock ,The balance property of wheelset will have influence directly to the vehicle's safe and run quality ,So the high-speed train must be tested to wheelset acording to the standard of railway ministrium .Althrough the decreasing weight and matching weight technique have been used,and the most of decreasing weight technique have been satisfied basically for safy and property in the production, but the wheelset intensity decreasing, demotion using and waster wheelset have appeared because of using decreasing weight and cutting technique. The dynamic balance and matching weight technique have a new basic theory for the improving of metal cold soldering technique ,So it will have an important. role in the study of dynamic balance technique of wheelset.
    First, it has been researched that includes the basic theory of dynamic balance , the balance principle and method of rigidity spheroid and combination spheroid, its balance technique has been clarified brief at the same time.
    Second , in allusion to analyze the decreasing weight technique having been applied in the mass of production, it has been introduced specially for testing and decreasing weight devices of dynamic balance, and analyzed for testing date and statistic date from the production line ,So the problem has been found in the decreasing weight technique so far.
    Third, on the base of being applied differently of epoxy resin ,this paper put forward the possibility of dynamic balance matching weight technology using new two composition epoxy resin , the matching weight technology experiment has been tested.
    Last, the project has been advanced that the decreasing weigh technology has been replaced by adhibiting matching weight technology after analyzing the effect and cost of two examine-repair decreasing weight .
    
    
    During the application of the 10 wheelsets dealed with the decreasing weight technique,it proves that this techique for rolling stock is simple to operat ,it saves time ,cost less ,and is worth to be popularized
