吉林省普通高校大学生武术学习动力调节系统调查和策略研究

摘要
中华武术,源远流长,是中国传统文化中一颗璀璨的明珠,被誉为”中华瑰宝”。武术作为中国传统文化的一个重要组成部分,深受中华传统文化的影响。无论其在道德层面还是在技术理论层面都能找到传统文化的精神内涵。再加上武术独特的健身、健心价值和特殊的教化作用,如今武术课程已被列入中小学及大学体育与健康课程大纲,它具有强身健身、防身自卫、竞技观赏、表演娱乐、交流技艺、增进友谊、陶冶情操等功能,深受广大学生朋友的喜爱。
     众所周知,社会的发展是造就身心健康的全面发展的人,积极参与体育活动经有助于这一目标的实现,人们在在参与体育活动时的需要、动机、兴趣、习惯等动力因素上存在着差异,这也正是高校学生武术学习的存在问题的重要方面,而这几种动力因素并不是单一存在的,而是互相密切联系的,人们参与活动的动力调节系统实在社会环境中,在个体实践活动的基础上形成且不断变化的,体育参与作为社会活动的重要部分,必然在动力系统调节中实现,体育参与动力调节系统它包括体育参与需要、体育参与动机、体育兴趣、体育态度和体育习惯等方面,而且在不同的年龄群体中也起到不一样的作用和影响。在中小学阶段,体育兴趣的作用比较突出,在大学阶段体育态度促使他们能够很自觉的进行体育活动。
     就高校大学生而言,正是人生观、世界观和价值观形成的关键时候,体育参与的动力调节系统在他们的体育活动中起到了不可取代的作用,而武术作为一种特殊的体育活动形式,一项特殊的高校体育课程内容必然有其特殊的意义和内涵,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法从武术学习的动力调节系统的各个因素出发,了解和掌握目前大学生在武术学习的需要、武术学习的动机、武术学习的兴趣、武术学习的态度和武术学习习惯等方面进行深入调查研究,这样才能从大学生的个体上了解他们对武术认知程度,如此把这几种因素联系一起,就形成了高校大学生武术学习动力调节系统,而形成这种系统的重要功能就是它能很好指导学生武术的学习,并总结出相应的发展策略,从促进武术在吉林省高校体育教学中的开展。

     We all know, social development is to create the overall development of healthy people, and actively participate in sports activities Jing contribute to this goal, people involved in sports activities in the needs of, motives, interests and habits, and that there are dynamic factors difference, which is the wushu college students learn important aspects of a problem, which is one of several dynamic factors are not there, but close contact with each other, people involved in the activities of power-conditioning system is the social environment, in the individual formed on the basis of practice and changing, sports participation as an important part in social activities, the regulation must achieve in the power system, power conditioning system which sports participation, including participation in sports requires, sports motivation, interest in sports, sports and sports attitude habits, etc., but also in different age groups also play a different role and influence. In the primary and secondary schools, the role of interest in the more prominent sports in college sports attitude led them to be conscious of sports activities.
     For college students is concerned, it is life, the key to the formation of world view and values, when the power conditioning system in sports in their sports activities play an irreplaceable role, and wushu as a special form of physical activity, a special items of PE courses must have its special meaning and connotation of this paper, literature, questionnaires and other research methods to learn from the wushu in all conditioning factors of power starting to understand and grasp the current needs of students studying in the wushu, wushu motivation to learn, interest in learning wushu, learning attitude and study habits and other aspects of wushu depth investigation, so as to learn from the students on their individual level of understanding of the wushu, so these several factors linked together, university students to form a power-conditioning system to learn wushu, and the formation of the important functions of this system is that it is a good guide students to learn wushu, and summarized the development of appropriate strategies to promote wushu from the University of Physical Education in Jilin Province to carry out.
