面向全设计流程的多层—体产品信息建模与系统评价研究

摘要
随着信息技术和现代设计方法在制造业的深入应用,在动态多变的设计环境下,产品设计流程及信息模型的研究得到高度重视。当前,产品几何建模技术只能以分散、单领域的方法解决产品信息和设计过程的集成问题,无法形成贯穿产品全生命周期的设计流程,导致信息流向的无序性、信息与模型的离散性,表现为产品模型表述不完备、集成无中心、表达不一致等问题。鉴于此,有必要统一定义和描述产品全生命周期中各阶段所涵盖的产品信息,建立信息表达完备、集成度高、一致性好的产品信息建模原理和实现技术,为产品数字化设计提供全面、准确和高效的信息支持。
     论文从信息科学和设计方法学的角度提出了全设计流程的研究方法,以及面向全设计流程的多层-体产品信息建模理论,构建了多层-体产品信息模型的层次特征和多体结构,运用耗散结构和熵理论建立了设计行为熵模型,构建了面向设计行为的数字化设计系统有序度评价方法。
     (1)在分析产品设计过程阶段和演变规律的基础上,提出了全设计流程的概念,研究了信息、过程和行为三个维度上基本元素的耦合关系与作用机制,建立了基本元素的空间模型;分析了全设计流程的机理,建立了过程模型;阐述了全设计流程中产品信息的内涵,改进了独立单元信息(IUI)的表达和实现方法,为建立基于一致性、集成性和完备性的产品信息建模理论打下基础。
     (2)研究了面向全设计流程的多层-体产品信息建模理论,定义了多层-体产品信息模型(MLBM)的概念,运用模型实现承载信息的载体作用、信息集成的桥梁作用和信息跟随的媒介作用,通过模型的多层特征、多体结构实现产品信息的完备表达、充分集成和一致处理。
     (3)研究了面向全设计流程的多层-体产品信息建模方法。运用OpenCASCADE几何造型平台构建了基本体的几何拓扑结构;运用新型属性机制和基于树型框架结构的动态同构树,实现了模型几何拓扑信息与非几何信息IUI的映射,建立了检索体的体系结构以及信息与产品模型、设计流程的跟随机制:研究了控制体的体系结构和集成外部资源的功能,运用多级触发模型控制信息与设计流程的交互作用,建立了信息与设计流程的配置机制。
     (4)研究了支持多层-体产品信息模型和全设计流程方法的系统框架,以轿车车门的设计流程为对象,开发了车门设计系统(Door Design Modeling System,DDMS),以前门内板和内板拉深模具的设计为实例,验证了面向全设计流程的多层-体产品信息建模方法的可行性。
     (5)基于设计方法学和信息行为学,针对数字化环境下设计行为的特点,提出了全设计流程设计行为的概念体系;引入耗散结构和信息熵理论,研究了产品数字化设计系统的熵结构与耗散特性,运用时效熵和质量熵建立度量数字化设计系统有序度的设计行为熵模型,构建了设计行为意义上的数字化设计系统评价体系。
The product design process and product information model gradually become the core of product design and manufacturing with the application of computer technology, with dynamic changeable product design environment, information technology and design methodology in manufacturing. Currently, the high demand product design problems of integration, consistency and completeness can be solved discretely by product modeling technique in dispersing and single domain method which can not form the deign flow of the through product life cycle. And it will also cause lots of issues such as randomness of information flow, discreteness of information and model, imperfectness of product model expression, no center integration and no consistent expression. In allusion to these, it is necessary to definite unified and describe the product information included in all stages of the product total life cycle. And the Product information modeling theory and realisation technique of complete information expression, high integrated level and good consistency can be established which can provide entirety, accuracy and efficient information supporting for product digital design.
     From the standpoint of information science and design methodology, the design method of the complete design process was proposed and Multi-layer and multi-body product information modeling theory facing the complete design process was researched. Also the Level characteristics and the system structure of Multi-layer and multi-body product information modeling were constructed. From the standpoint of information behavior, the entropy model of design behavior was established by applying dissipative structure, and entropy theory and the order degree evaluation methodology of digital design systems facing design behavior was constructed.
     (1)Based on the analysis of product design process integration phase and the product design process evolution, the concept of complete design process was proposed. Also the coupled relation and interaction mechanisms of information, process and behavior were researched and the space model of the basic elements was constructed. The mechanism of the complete design process was analyzed and the process model was constructed. In addition, the connotation of product information in the complete design process was elaborated and the express and realization method of IUI was improved, which provides theory guidance for realizing product information modeling methods based on information consistency, integration and completeness.
     (2)The theory of multilayer-multibody modeling for product information orient to the complete design process is researched,the concept of multilayer-multibody model for product information are put forward, The model should play a key role of carrier role of information-bearing, bridge of information integration and vector effect of information following. The Complete expression, fully integrated and unanimous disposal of product information can be realized by multilayer-multibody model.
     (3)Based on the theory of multilayer-multibody modeling for product information, the integrated structure system of basic body, retrieval body and control body were built. The geometric topology structure of the base body was constructed by the geometric modeling platform OpenCASCADE. By applying new attribute mechanism and dynamic isomorphic tree on the basis of tree frame structure, the mapping relation between geometric topology information of product models and non-geometric topology information IUI was established, the multi-level expression of product information was formed, and the follow mechanism of information and model was studied. The structure system of control body and was constructed, the function of integrated external resources is researched,it introducts the design process and controls interaction between the model and theinformation by Multi-level trigger model, is established.
     (4)The software system design framework of supporting multilayer-multibody for product information modeling was researched. A case study on the design process of the Car door, the Door Design Modeling System was developed. As the design of the front door inner plate and inner plate draw dies for example, the Multi-layer and multi-body product information model and the practical applicability of the door design modeling system were tested.
     (5)Based on the theories of design methodology and information behavior, and in allusion to the characteristic of the design behavior of digital environment, the design behavior's concept on the basis of complete design process was proposed. With the introduction of dissipative structure and information entropy theory, the entropy structure and dissipative structure of product digital design system were researched. By using the degree of order as the measurement method of product digital design system, the design behavior entropy model of product digital design system was established and the specific evaluation system of product digital design system was set up by applying aging entropy and quality entropy.
