保神汤治疗抑郁性神经症及抑郁性神经症与IL-1β、IL-2的关系

摘要
为了解白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-2(IL-2)与抑郁性神经症的关系,并初步探讨IL-1β、IL-2可否作为抑郁性神经症的诊断指标,采用双抗体夹心步骤的酶联免疫吸附测定(ABC-ELISA)来检测抑郁性神经症30例、正常健康者24例的血清IL-1β、IL-2的含量,同时予保神汤治疗6周,前后通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)测定其分值,观察并评定其疗效。结果显示,抑郁性神经症组IL-1β含量较正常对照组有显著升高(P<0.05),而IL-2无明显差异(P>0.05),IL-1β、IL-2分别与病程呈正相关,且病例组经治疗后总有效率达93.33%。结论:抑郁性神经症患者IL-1β升高比IL-2快,IL-2反应滞后,两者均与病程呈正相关。IL-1β是可供判断抑郁性神经症的一个参考标准,保神汤具有明显的抗抑郁作用。
To understand the relationship between the depressive neuroses and interleukin-1β (IL-1β ),interleukin-2(IL-2),and to investigate whether IL-1 β , IL-2 can be regarded as diagnosis index to depressive neuroses. In this study, emzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ABC-ELISA) were used to detect the content of IL-1β and IL-2 in the blood, serum of 30 depressive neuroses patients and 10 healthy person. At the same time, the depressive neuroses group was treated with Baoshen Decoction for six weeks, HAMD were used to measure their scores before and after the treatment to observe and evaluate its curative effect. The result showed that the content of IL-1 β in depressive neuroses group is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two group as for IL-2,(P>0.05).Positive correlations exist between IL-1β, IL-2 and course respectively. And the total effective rate is about 93.33%.In conclusion,IL-1β is more sensitive than IL-2 and both of them have positive correlation to course.IL-1β can be used as a reference standard for diagnosis of depressive neuroses. Baoshen Decoction has obvious anti-depression effect.
