高校德育阵地建设初探

摘要
高等教育的根本问题就是要解决“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”的问题,在中共中央、国务院“关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见”(中发[2004]16号)文件中明确指出要“培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人”。要实现党和国家的培养目标,高校必须把德育放在第一位。
我们党的历届领导人都非常重视德育,在一脉相承的思想的指引下,人们的认识不断提高,“我们应站在战略和全局的高度来认识高校德育的重要性;德育在高等教育中处于先导和核心地位;必须切实加强高校德育工作”已成为大家的共识。
加强高校德育涉及到许多方面的问题,其中一个重要的方面就是要加强德育的阵地建设。笔者以为高校中的课堂、宿舍、社团及网络这几个阵地尤为重要,本文的重点就放在对这些阵地的研究上,在阐述重要性的同时,力求找出存在的问题并提出加强阵地建设的相应对策。本文分为四大部分。第一部分为“必须加强高校德育主阵地——思想政治理论课阵地建设”;第二部分为“必须加强高校德育不可忽视阵地——宿舍阵地建设”;第三部分为“必须加强高校德育重要阵地——社团阵地建设”;第四部分为“必须加强高校德育新阵地——网络阵地建设”。
当前,我国各高校思想政治理论课主要存在四个方面的问题:体制问题、地位问题、队伍问题、教师问题。而德育不可忽视的阵地——宿舍,目前主要存在两类问题,一类是属于学生层面的,另一类是属于管理层面的;在社团这一德育的重要阵地,社团数量、层次、管理、指导教师及经费等方面都存在着问题;而在网络这一德育的新阵地中,又存在着网络对大学生的负面影响及网络教育管理欠缺这两类问题。
面对德育几个重要阵地中不容乐观的现状,我们当务之急就是要认识到加强各阵地建设的重要性和必要性,进而探索相应的对策。
文章指出,加强思想政治理论课阵地建设,要进一步完善体制、加强学科建设、加强教师队伍建设、提高教师自身素质;加强宿舍阵地建设,要理顺管理体制、改革宿舍管理模式、加强辅导员工作、完善宿舍阵地建设的机制;加强社团阵地建设,要建章立制、规范管理、配备导师、加大投入、提供场所、增量提质;加强网络阵地建设,要领导重视、明确目标,理顺体制、明确职责,加强队伍建设,加强网络管理制度建设,改进网络管理技术手段,积极鼓励学生参与管理,主动出击、弘扬主旋律,加大投入。
德育作为一项系统工程,其质量决定于系统的各个阵地中诸多有机要素的作用发挥。这就要求我们高等学校和德育工作者,认真研究变化了的社会经济、政治和文化,研究变化了的青年大学生的心理,研究如何使德育的几个阵地更好地发挥作用,大胆地进行改革和创新。

We should stand in the strategy and the overall situation to understand the importance of the university moral education. The moral education is in the forerunner and the core status in the higher education; we must strengthen the university moral education work practically. This has become everybody’s mutual recognition.
This article places with emphasis to these position research in, during elaboration important, makes every effort to discover the existence the question and proposed strengthens the position construction
This article divides into four major parts. The first part is“must strengthen the university moral education battle position - - thought politics theory class position construction”; The second part is“must strengthen the university moral education noticeable position - - dormitory position construction”; The third part is“must strengthen the university moral education critical position - - mass organization position construction”; The fourth part is“must strengthen the university moral education new position - - network position construction”.
Enhance university moral education involves to many contents, the writer think that the most important aspect is the moral education position construction. We need to seek the disparity, proposes the countermeasure.
As the important battle field of moral education, the first class has four problems: system question, status question, troop question, teacher question. In dorm battle field, traditionally there are two kinds of different problems: one kind belongs to the student stratification plane,another kind belongs to the management stratification plane. In organizations battle field there are many administration problems, such as the organization’s quantity, the level, the management, the teacher’s instruct and the funds. In the new internet battle field, there are construct oneself to university student's negative influence and the network position problems.
In a word, face so many problems, the first thing we should do is realize our environment seriously and try our best to search any possible solution. This also is the article’s important purpose.
Enhancement politics theory class position construction, we must further consummate the system, the enhancement discipline construction, strengthens the teacher troop to construct, improve teacher's quality. Strengthens the dormitory position construction, we must straighten out the management system, reform the dormitory management pattern, strengthens the instructor to work, to consummate the dormitory position construction the mechanism. The enhancement of organization position construction, we must work out some rules and regulations, the standard management, provides teacher, enlarge the investment, provides the place, increase the raises the nature. To enhancement the network’s position construction, must lead takes, the goal is clear about, the straightening out system, the explicit responsibility, the enhancement troop constructs, the enhancement network management system construction, the improvement network management technical method, encourages the student to participate in the management positively, launches an attack on own initiative, brings honor to the main melody, the enlarge investment.
Moral education, as a complex system, needs all its parts cooperate effectively. The students’ability and extent decide the result and quality of moral education. So we need to put much more energy on education method, education content and education forms. The school and teachers should pay more attention to the changing social economy, politics and culture and then creative their work in these battle fields in order to improve the effective of moral education.
