油位测报系统

摘要
本文首先对国内外油位测报系统的发展现状进行了论述并指出了其不足之处,然后全面介绍了本文的研究对象——油位测报系统,着重介绍了一种新的数据传输方式。本系统采用了一种新的无源液位变送方法。在数据处理上,首次通过E-mail进行工业现场的数据实时传送。
     在本文中,从三个方面对油位测报系统进行了介绍。首先介绍了数据采集仪(即下位机)中的程序情况:包括主程序、秒中断、串中断,并对油位传感器和8031中的内存使用情况进行了介绍;其次对接口电路进行了分析;最后着重分析了上位机的软件结构和工作原理。
     本油位测报系统可广泛应用于油库、油田、加油站等方面的石油行业中,具有较高的社会推广价值。
This paper introduces the development status of oil level measurement and report systems in and out of our country and indicates the shortage, then introduces the research object (oil level measurement and report system) of the paper in all aspects. It emphasizes a new data transmission method (no-power liquid-level transmission method). On the process of data, it transmits the data of the industry spots real-time by E-mail Firstly.
    The paper discusses oil level measurement and report system through three aspects. Firstly, the paper introduces program in the data acquisition machine including main routine, second interrupt routine, serial interrupt routine. In the meantime, the oil level sensor and the memory use of the 8031 microprocessor are introduced. Secondly, the paper analyses the interface circuit. Finally, the software structure and work principle in the PC machine is analyzed especially.
    The oil level measurement and report system can be widely used in oil industry such as oil repertory, oil field, gas station and so on to reach better economic effect.
