基于失败视角下的装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择研究

摘要
我国装备制造业企业普遍存在技术创新能力缺乏和产品技术含量不高的问题,这些问题制约了装备制造业企业的进一步发展。越来越多的装备制造业企业为了摆脱自身资源和能力的限制,认识到同企业进行合作创新是分担风险、共享资源的有效途径,将合作创新视为明智的选择。但是,随着新技术复杂性的提高和不同学科、技术领域之间的交叉融合,加上新产品生命周期的缩短和竞争的加剧,致使企业合作创新的风险加大了。目前企业进行合作创新面临着较高的失败率,其中经过研究分析,失败的合作创新伙伴选择是致使企业合作创新失败的重要原因之一。因此,通过研究影响装备制造业企业合作创新失败的要素,来建立装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择的指标体系并运用模型进行分析,对于提高合作创新的成功率、提高合作创新的绩效具有相当重要的理论价值与实践意义。
     本文以装备制造业企业为研究对象,在阅读了大量国内外的研究文献的基础上,从装备制造业企业合作创新失败的角度,对装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择的影响要素进行了总结,并根据装备制造业企业自身的特点,挑选出了影响装备制造业企业合作创新失败的关键要素,构建了装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择的指标体系和模型,最终进行了实证分析,为装备制造业企业挑选合作创新伙伴提供借鉴。全文共分为三个部分进行研究。
     第一部分是本文的前两章,为论文研究的基础部分。首先介绍了本文的研究背景、思路、内容以及研究方法,概括和归纳了国内外现有关于对企业合作创新,伙伴选择方面研究的内容,阐述了本文研究的合作创新的理论基础和装备制造业的相关内容。
     第二部分是本文的第三章到第五章,为本论文的核心部分。首先,介绍了企业合作创新伙伴选择基本概念、原则和程序,阐述了装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择的重要性及存在的问题。其次,对装备制造业企业合作创新失败的问题进行了相关研究,通过大量阅读国内外相关文献,对影响装备制造业合作创新失败的伙伴选择要素进行了筛选,结合装备制造业的特点,选择出高频关键因素。然后建立了装备制造业企业合作创新伙伴选择的指标体系,阐明本文主要是研究伙伴选择的初步筛选阶段。最终,运用熵权法和Ward聚类法建立了装备制造业伙伴选择的模型。
     第三部分是本文的第六章。主要是对某装备制造业企业的合作创新伙伴选择进行了实证分析,得出该企业进行合作创新伙伴选择的实证结果。
The enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry in China have widespread problems such as the lack of technological innovation and low-Technological content of products,which restricted the further development of equipment manufacturing industry. In order to get rid of their own resources and capacity constraints,More and more equipment manufacturing enterprises regard The cooperative innovation as a wise choice.because that's an effective way of shareing the risk and the resources. However,the enhancement of new technical complex and the intersection of different disciplines and different fields of technology, in addition to the reduction of the new product life cycle and the aggravation of competition have enlarged the enterprise risk of in the cooperative innovation. It is already an accepted fact at present that cooperative innovation is facing very high failure rate and the unsuccessful partner selection is one of the substantial causes.Therefore, by studying the impact of failed equipment manufacturing enterprises elements of cooperative innovation, to build the equipment manufacturing industry cooperative innovation partner selection index system and analyzed using the model for improving the success rate of cooperative innovation and the performance of cooperative, have a very important theoretical value and practical significance.
     This article takes the enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry as the object of study and carries on the theoretical and empirical study on the view of failure of cooperative innovation, makes conclusions on the impact factors of partner selection of cooperative innovation for the enterprises of equipment manufacturing industry. And According to the characteristics of its own equipment manufacturing industry, selected the key elements which affect the failure of equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation, build the equipment manufacturing industry cooperative innovation partner selection index system and model for Analysis,make a reference for the partner selection of equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation. Text is divided into three parts to study.
     The first part is the former two chapters. It is the elements of this paper. It present the background, method firstly, and recapitulate the inland and overseas' actuality of the collaboration innovation and partner selection of enterprises, then, explain the academic elements for cooperative innovation and equipment manufacturing industry.
     The second part includes three chapters, the third, fourth and fifth. This part is the core of the paper. First of all, it introduces the cooperative innovation partner selection of basic concepts, principles and procedures, describes the importance of the partner selection of equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation and it's problems. Secondly, by reading a lot of issues and reaserches,makes a study on the failure of cooperative innovation, electes the high frequency elements which affect the failure of equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation. And builds the equipment manufacturing industry cooperative innovation partner selection index system, clarifies that is only study on the first stage of partner selection for equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation in this. text. Finally, it uses the Entropy Weight Method and Ward clustering Method to build the model of partner selection for equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation.
     The third part is the sixth chapter. It is makes a empirical analysis for the partner selectionof equipment manufacturing industry's cooperative innovation and it's result.
