敏捷物流系统的建模、控制与运作研究

摘要
21世纪的竞争不只是企业与企业的竞争,而更是供应链与供应链之间的竞争,企业供应链间的竞争必然会产生企业供应链物流间的竞争,其中敏捷物流将是21世纪竞争的主题。从目前文献中发现对敏捷物流作专门阐述的很少,事实上,企业也对敏捷物流非常渴望,希望得到有效、专门而系统的敏捷物流理论指导。因而本文研究选择敏捷物流作为课题,从敏捷物流系统的建模、一体化控制、运作层面上进行分析和探讨。
     本研究由绪论、相关研究成果回顾、基于多Agent的敏捷物流系统建模研究、基于适度递阶控制机制的物流敏捷调运一体化控制研究、基于电子商务平台敏捷物流的运作研究及总结与展望六章内容构成。
     第一章对物流管理理论的演变过程与国内外敏捷物流的研究不足进行了概述,并介绍了论文选题的理论与实践应用背景。
     第二章从物流运作模式与敏捷性理论、多Agent理论与基于多Agent的物流管理研究、递阶控制理论与基于适度递阶控制机制的物流管理研究、数据仓库技术与知识管理技术等几个方面对前人的相关研究成果进行了回顾。可以发现,敏捷物流是一个值得深入探索的研究领域。
     第三章对基于多Agent的敏捷物流系统建模进行了研究。从成本效益分析的角度,考察了多Agent系统在实际应用中的适用性范围的理性定位。根据现有物流系统中已引入Agent技术并有了一些成功应用作为依托,分析了现代物流管理系统应该引入多Agent系统,并以现代物流的敏捷管理为设计理念,研究了如何构建基于多Agent的敏捷物流管理系统。以敏捷物流企业供应链战略合作伙伴选择为例,基于多Agent建模思想,对基于多Agent敏捷物流战略性合作伙伴选择过程的建模研究进行了详细阐述。并以浙江省重大科技攻关项目《现代物流管理系统的开发与研究》为应用背景,运用本章提出的建模方法对该项目的总体设计进行了应用研究。
     第四章对基于适度递阶控制机制的物流敏捷调运一体化控制进行了研究。根据物流调运实际工作者和物流调运优化应用研究者的实践经验,归纳出三类关于物流调运的“敏捷性准则”,通过建立相应的基础数据库并设计了配送需求多维变量表和支持快速优化运算决策支持数据库,按敏捷性优先准则,提出了物流调运的总体工作逻辑。借鉴适度递阶控制的思想,构建了针对确定交货期和确定路径调运优化模型,提出了基于数据驱动与模型驱动相结合的求解算法,并验证了该算法的有效性。最后针对《现代物流管理系统的开发与研究》项目的子课题《调运优化DSS》的研制,运用本章提出的控制方法对其进行了应用研究,并取得成功的实践效果。
     第五章对基于电子商务平台的敏捷物流运作进行了研究。在对电子商务平台总体架构的研究基础上,重点对基于电子商务平台的敏捷物流运作过程进行了研究。提出了基于电子商务平台的敏捷物流运作过程的三个过程。最后以嘉兴茧丝绸交易市场为背景的浙江省重大科技攻关项目《基于ebXML的国际茧丝绸电子商务平台、现代物流系统及示范应用》为应用背景,构建了基于知识管理的电子商务平台与现代物流系统,重点研究了基于电子商务平台的两类敏捷调运方式。
     第六章对全文进行了总结,并指出了本文研究框架下还需要继续深入研究的课题。
The competition in the 21~(st) not only exists in enterprises, but also means more competition among supply chains, the competition in supply chains of enterprises certainly produces the competition among supply chain logistics of enterprises, and agile logistics will be the competition topic in the 21~(st). Agile logistics has been studied insufficient from the current references, as a matter of fact, the enterprises are also longing for it and hoping to get some effectively and professionally theoretic guidance. So the dissertation chose agile logistics as a subject to study, and to analyze and discuss from the level of the modeling and integrative control and operation of agile logistics system.
     The dissertation is consisted of introduction、related research theories overview, modeling research of agile logistics system based on multi-agent、integrative control research of agile logistics based on semi-hierarchical control mechanisim operation research of agile logistics based on electronic commerce platform and summary and expectation.
     In chapter 1, evolvement process of logistics management theory and insufficient research on agile logistics in China and abroad was summarized, and introduced the theoretical and practical background for the dissertation.
     In chapter 2, the history of study on the operation modes of logistics and agility theory、multi-agent theory and logistics management research based on multi-agent、hierarchical control theory and logistics management research based on hierarchical control mechanism、data warehouse technology and knowledge management technology were reviewed. It has been found that agile logistics is a very new research area to study.
     In chapter 3, the modeling of agile logistics system based on multi-agile was studied. From the aspect of cost-benefit analysis, the chapter discussed the rational orientation about applicable area in practice for multi-agile system. According to some facts of agent technology applied to existing logistics systems and its successful applications as a support, the chapter analyzed that modern logistics system should import multi-agent system, and studied how to construct agile logistics management system based on multi-agent system according to the designing idea of agile management. For the example of supply chain strategic and cooperative partners selection and based on multi-agent modeling idea, the chapter discussed in detail the modeling research of agile logistics strategic and cooperative partners selection process based on multi-agent. Based on the applied background of great science and technology key project "the development and research of modern logistics management system ", the chapter used the modeling method to do applied research for the whole design of the project.
     In chapter 4, integrative control of agile logistics based on semi-hierarchical control mechanism was studied. The chapter summarized three types of "agile rules" of logistics scheduling based on the practical experiences of logistics scheduling practical operators and optimization application researchers, by constructing corresponding basic database and designing distribution demand multi-dimension variable tables and decision support database to support fast optimizing operation, according to agile priority rules, proposed the general work logic of agile scheduling. By using the semi-hierarchical control idea, the chapter constructed the scheduling optimization model for assured delivery time and paths, proposed a solving algorithm based on data driving and model driving, and tested its validity. At last, the chapter took the sub-subject "scheduling optimization DSS" of the project "the development and research of modern logistics management system" for example, used the control method proposed by the chapter to do applied research and obtained a successful effect.
     In chapter 5, agile logistics operation based on electronic commerce platform was studied. Based on the whole structure of electronic commerce platform, the agile logistics operation process based on the electronic commerce platform was also studied. The chapter proposed the agile logistics operation process which included three processes based on electronic commerce platform.
     At last, the chapter took the great science and technology key project "the applied research of international cocoon and silk electronic commerce platform based on ebXML and modern logistics system and its demonstration application" based on the background of Jiaxing cocoon and silk deal market in Zhejiang province, constructed electronic commerce platform and modern logistics system based on knowledge management, put the emphasis to study two types agile scheduling ways based on electronic commerce platform.
     In chapter 6, we concluded our study and pointed out some further research.
