TI内螺纹蜗杆砂轮磨齿的啮合理论及应用研究

摘要
渐开面包络环面内螺纹蜗杆砂轮磨齿,是一种硬齿面齿轮精加工的新型工艺。该工艺原理先进,它集有利于实现齿形、齿向设计加工的渐开面环面蜗杆传动与高效的内啮合珩齿的优点与一体,对齿轮的粗、精加工都有质量稳定、生产效率高的优点。该方法具有广阔的推广前景。
     本论文利用空间啮合原理,对该新工艺进行了全面系统的理论分析。首先对渐开面二次包络理论进行了深入的探讨,推导出了两次啮合的啮合方程式、瞬时接触线方程式、根切界限线方程式、啮合界限线的方程式及其存在条件,相对运动速度方向与接触线方向的夹角及接触线上各点的诱导法曲率;此外,还对磨齿后工件的齿面误差进行了理论分析;并在理论基础上编制了相应的计算机程序,自动生成接触线族及啮合界限线,对不同参数条件下的啮合情况进行分析,可以使工艺条件达到最佳状态;最后研究了磨齿装置,设计了磨齿机的传动系统。
Grinding gear with the toroidal involute interior thread worm grind wheel is a new kind of process in hard surface gear finish machining. The process has an advanced principle. The involute hourglass worm drive can realize the design machining of gear form and direction, and the internal meshing honing gear has high efficiency. This process has all merits mentioned above, and also has the advantages of quality stability , high productivity for rude and finish machining. This technology has a broad prospect in manufacture.
    In the paper, the complete and systematic theoretic study about this process is carried out with the theory of space mesh. Firstly, the author has deeply studied the theory of involute double enveloping. Equations of mesh, shorting contact line, undercutting limit line, meshing limit lines and the existence conditions, angle between the direction of relative speed and the direction of contact line, induced normal curvature about every point on the contact line are established. Moreover, The paper also theoretically analyzed the error of the grinded gear surface .On the basis of the theory, the computer program is worked out to automatically produce the contact line and the boundary curves of mesh. Analysis of meshing circs under different parameters can be done so that we can gain the best process condition. Finally, the author studies the grinding gear setting and designs the drive system of machine tool.
