基于工具集成的ERP系统关键技术研究

摘要
市场经济环境要求企业有更好的管理手段和管理工具。ERP软件作为企业管理先进思想和计算机技术结合的产物已成为各企业用于提高管理水平,增强企业竞争力的有力工具。然而,随着企业竞争的加剧和计算机技术的发展,现有ERP系统中存在的种种弊端逐渐显现出来。初期矛盾的焦点主要集中在数据共享方面,这就促使ERP系统逐步由功能模块的集成向数据集成的方向发展。但是随着数据集成与共享的逐步完善,人们逐渐发现数据集成并没有完全解决由于各功能模块分期研发所带来的全部问题。例如,软件使用功能的模块化所带来的模型与算法的集成与共享问题等。此外,由于现有系统的局限性所造成的ERP系统在实施过程中存在的种种问题也促使研究人员和软件企业在不断改进现有系统性能的同时,也开始了新型ERP系统的研发工作。
     在上述背景下,本论文在提出了“基于工具集成的ERP系统”的概念后,针对其研发中所涉及到的几个关键技术问题做了较深入的研究,并就这个方面完成了以下工作:
     1.对现有ERP系统中各功能模块中所包含的各种数学模型与对应算法进行了科学的分类,为构建“基于工具集成的ERP系统”,实现模型与算法分离奠定了理论基础;
     2.在第一部分工作的基础上,结合计算机技术的发展,详细探讨了ERP系统所使用的各类模型的录入方法及其应用技术,提出了模型输入模式与机内模型的概念,解决了模型的录入与应用的关键技术问题;
     3.在理论分析基础上,具体给出了ERP系统中数学模型录入的几种输入模式,并以Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具实现了部分程序,验证了所提理论及方法的正确性。
     本文的主要创新点在于按照管理科学的分类方法,将ERP系统中使用到的模型分为数学规划、图和网络、决策和对策、随机运筹和现代优化五大类。并研究了与各类模型相对应的理论与应用技术,进而结合模型的计算机录入问题,提出了解决“基于工具集成的ERP”系统模型输入与应用问题的技术方案,并编制了部分程序用于所提理论及方法的验证工作。文章最后还针对本论文存在的不足提

Enterprise must have more effective means of management in the market economy environment, ERP software as a combinative result of advanced enterprise manage ideas and computer technology has became a power full tool for every manager to improve their manage level and enhance the competitive capability of the enterprise. But with the development of aggravation of enterprise's competition and computer technology, all sorts of drawbacks existed in ERP system display gradually. At first focus of contradiction concentrate on data communication impels ERP system progressively in the direction of data integration. The earlier contradiction focus on data share aspect, which impels ERP system develop from the integration of function module to the integration of data progressively. While the technology of data integration and share is constantly perfecting enterprise ERP systems, people find gradually that data integration does not solve all problems which have been brought by design every isolated function module re
    spectively. For example, the way to use module of software with function model has brought the question of integration and share of algorithm and model, etc. In addition, because systematic limitations in the process of implement of ERP cause all sorts of question which impel researchers and enterprises to improve existing system as well as to begin the research and development work of new-type ERP system.
    Under above-mentioned backgrounds, this thesis puts forward the concept of ERP system based on the tool integration and then makes deeper research on several key technology issues involved in researching and developing. In this direction of model and algorithm integration the thesis has finished the following job:

    establish the theoretical foundation of separating the model from corresponding algorithm, we carried on the scientific classification for various kinds of mathematics model and algorithm existed in every function module of ERP system.
    2. Basing the before work and the development of computer technology, the thesis has probed into model inputting and application technology in details, put forward the concept of model input pattern and inner model and solve the key skill in the model inputting and application technology.
    3. After theory analysis above, this paper provides several kinds of way that models are inputted into the computer. Finally we developed some part of codes with platform of Visual Basic 6.0 in order to prove the exactness of theory and method proposed.
    The main innovation of this paper is that: Divide the model and method of ERP into five big classes which contain planning technology, map and network technology, decision and countermeasure technology, stochastic operation technology and modern optimization technology. Research on the theoretical foundation and application of each class model existed in ERP system. More important point is that we has combined model input issue to propose the technique to solve the model input problem of ERP system based on the tool integration and has worked out the verification for the theory and method through some procedures. At the end of this article, we put forward the respect and direction which need to be improved and study afterwards.
