大学生自我价值感对职业选择态度的影响研究

摘要
本文回顾了国内外关于职业选择态度以及自我价值感的相关理论和研究,在借鉴前人相关研究的基础上修订了职业选择态度问卷。本文以在校大学生为对象展开实证研究,分析了大学生的职业选择态度现实状况,探讨了个体的职业选择态度各因素与自我价值感各因素之间的相关关系,揭示了大学生自我价值感对职业选择态度的影响。
     本文的实证研究方法为测量法:研究工具为修订后Crites的《职业选择态度问卷》以及黄希庭和杨雄编制的《青少年自我价值感量表》;研究对象为南京师范大学、河海大学、南京邮电大学、南京信息职业技术学院以及中国矿业大学的在校大学生540人;研究内容是职业选择态度的群体特征分析、自我价值感与职业选择态度之间的相关关系分析以及自我价值感对职业选择态度的影响分析。
     通过综合的调查和数据分析,研究得出结论如下:
     (1)大学生的职业选择态度总体上存在性别、学科、年级和生源地差异;职业选择确定性存在性别、年级、学科和生源地差异;职业选择卷入度存在年级、学科和生源地差异;职业选择取向性存在年级和学科差异:职业选择独立性和妥协性存在性别和年级差异。
     (2)大学生职业选择态度的各个因子均与自我价值感的部分因素相关:职业选择确定性与总体自我、社会一般、个人一般、社会心理、社会道德、社会家庭及个人人际自我价值感成负相关,与社会生理和个人道德自我价值感成正相关;职业选择卷入度与总体自我、社会一般、个人一般、社会人际、社会心理、个人人际及个人心理自我价值感成负相关,与个人道德自我价值感成正相关;职业选择取向性与自我价值感各个因素均成正相关;职业选择独立性与社会人际、社会道德、社会生理、个人人际及个人心理自我价值感成正相关;职业选择妥协性与总体自我、个人一般、社会人际、社会道德、社会生理、个人心理、个人道德及个人家庭自我价值感成正相关。
     (3)除职业选择妥协性回归效果一般外,其余职业选择态度因子与自我价值感因素之间均能建立理想的回归方程。
     本研究有助于大学生了解自己的职业选择态度,同时对高校的职业指导工作也有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
It's reviewed the theory and research related to the attitude of vocational development and self-worth both at home and abroad in this article,then it's revised the Scale of Attitude Test of Vocational Development Inventory on the basis of previous ones.From the research to college students,we analyse the attitude reality,and discuss the correlation between attitude of vocational development and self-worth,and reveal the influence of self-worth to attitude of vocational development.
     During the demonstration research, measurement is the means applied. The research tools are Scale of Attitude Test of Vocational Development Inventory formulated on the base of former researches and the Self-worth Rating Scale. Its research subiects included 540 college students of Nanjing Normal University, Hohai University,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing collge of Information Technology and China University of Mining and Technology.Its research has three aspects,namely: the community characteristic of attitude of vocational development, the correlation between attitude of vocational development and self-worth, the influence of self-worth to attitude of vocational development.
     By compositive investigation and data analysis, the study draws following conclusions:
     (1) The college students' attitude of vocational development exists significant differences among sex,subjects,grades and students source;decisiveness exists significant differences among sex,subjects,grades and students source;involvement exists significant differences among subjects,grades and students source;orientation exists significant differences among subjects and grades; independence and compromise exists significant differences among sex and grades.
     (2) Each factors of attitude of vocational development is partly related to self-worth. Decisiveness is in negative correlation with global self-worth,social general self-worth,personal general self-worth,social psychological self-worth,social moral self-worth,social family self-worth and personal interpersonal self-worth;and it's in positive correlation with social physiological self-worth and personal moral self-worth. Involvement is in negative correlation with social general self-worth,personal general self-worth,social interpersonal self-worth,social psychological self-worth, personal interpersonal self-worth and personal psychological self-worth; it's in positive correlation with personal moral self-worth. Orientation is in positive correlation with all various self-worth.Independence is in positive correlation with social interpersonal self-worth, social moral self-worth, social physiological self-worth, personal interpersonal self-worth and personal psychological self-worth.Compromise is in positive correlation with global self-worth, personal general self-worth, social interpersonal self-worth, social moral self-worth,social physiological self-worth,personal psychological self-worth,personal psychological self-worth and personal family self-worth.
     (3) In addition to compromise of attitude,the other factors of attitude all can create favourable regression equations with factors of self-worth.
     The study can help the college students know attitude levels of vocational development of themselves,and it can also offer inspiration and reference for vocational guidance in school.
