脂肪溶解液在乳腔镜中应用的安全性实验研究

摘要
【实验目的】:通过动物实验探讨脂肪溶解液在乳腔镜中应用的安全性。
     【实验方法】:把实验兔子随机分成4组,分别在其腋窝注入等体积脂肪溶解液、生理盐水、丝裂霉素及不注入任何液体,观察腋窝组织的病理变化及腋神经的神经电生理水平的变化。
     【实验结果】:
     1.神经电生理水平比较:脂肪溶解液组与正常组及生理盐水组之间无明显差异,而与丝裂霉素组有明显差异。
     2.光镜下观察脂肪溶解液组的腋神经、骨骼肌、淋巴结形态结构与正常组、生理盐水组基本相同。
     3.电镜下观察:脂肪溶解液组的腋神经形态结构与正常组、生理盐水组基本相同,而与丝裂霉素组存在明显不同。
     【实验结论】:脂肪溶解液对腋神经、腋淋巴结无损伤性表现,在乳腔镜中应用是安全。
【Objective】:Using animal experiments to explore the safety of adipose swelling fuid useing in mastosocopy.
     【Methods】:Rabbits randomly divided into 4 groups, using adipose swelling fluid, saline solution, methylmercury chloride(MMC) in axilla respectively and no-treatmentcontrol. Then observe the pathological changes in axilla tissues, nerve electrophysiological change in axilla nerve.
     【Consequence】:
     1 Nerve electrophysiological change: There are no difference in group using adipose swelling fluid, group using saline solution and no-treatmentcontrol, but MMC group is different significant.
     2 Microsoppe examination: Axilla tissues are no difference in goupe using adipose swelling fluid, goupe using saline solution and no-treatmentcontrol.
     3 Electron microsope examination: Axilla nerve is almost same in group using adipose swelling fluid, group normal and using saline solution ,but is very different in MMC group.
     【Conclusion】: Adipose swelling fluid is safe used in mastosocopy.
