对生态住区的实态调查与探讨

摘要
可持续发展已经成为当今人类对未来发展模式的共识。生态居住社区的建设
因其对整个社会可持续发展所具有的重大意义而越来越受到关注。本文及时的把
握了这一动态，从可持续发展的角度研究生态住区的设计，针对当前对生态住区
研究的现状与实践，实态调查了天津梅江生态居住区、北京市北潞春绿色生态居
住小区，通过对调查结果的总结与分析，对生态住区设计的一些方面进行了再认
识与思考，试图探讨适合中国国情的生态住区的发展之路。
论文首先关注了生态住区的产生、设计理念及国内外的研究状况；接着走进
生态住区，根据对天津梅江生态居住区、北京市北潞春绿色生态居住小区的调查
情况,对其先进设计方法与理念及存在的问题作以总结、分析与研究，提出值得
推广的生态设计理念和使用中存在的问题，以用来指导实践；然后指出当前生态
住区建设的误区，对适用技术在生态住区的运用、适应性在生态住区的体现、生
态住区的绿化、道路、公建的设计等方面进行思考与探讨；最后展望了生态住区，
论述了生态住区发展的宏观背景，预测了生态住区的发展方向及建筑师所应承担
的责任与应做的准备。
The sustainable concept has gradually been accepted all over the world with
respect to almost all aspects of human development. The ecological residence has
been attracted because it is very important for the sustainable development of the
society. This dissertation grasps the trend in time. From the viewpoint of sustainable
development, this dissertation is intended as a general exploration for the ecological
residence. In the light of the present situation and practice of the ecological residence’
study, the author investigated Tinjin Meijiang ecological residence and Beijing
Beiluchun green residence on the spot and summed up and studied the result of the
investigation. This dissertation studys some aspects of design on the ecological
residence in order to intent to study the development trend of ecological residence in
accordance to the current community construction in China.
This dissertation first focuses on the production, the design ideas and the study of
home and abroad related to the ecological residence. Secondly, it brings readers to go
into the ecological residence. According to the on-the-spot conditions investigation of
Tinjin Meijiang ecological residence and Beijing Beiluchun green residence, it sums
up and studies the advanced ideas which is valuable to popularize and the problems
while using in order to guide our practice in future. The thesis then points out the error
ideas related to the ecological residence’s construction. It also considers and studies
the appliance of appropriate technology, the reflection of adaptable design, the
afforestation design, the road design, the public buildings design in ecological
residence. In the end, the thesis prospects the ecological residence. It analyses the
whole background of the ecological residence’s development, and predicts the trend
of the ecological residence’s development and the responsibility which the architect
should undertake.
