供应链分布式库存协同管理系统的研究与开发

摘要
本文在深入分析供应链库存管理研究现状的基础上,围绕支持协同生产环境下分布式库存协同管理的若干关键技术进行研究,重点研究了分布式库存的构成和管理方法以及基于虚拟库存协调中心的库存控制策略等问题。根据供应链管理和库存管理的基本理论,结合863国家项目—面向电子商务的敏捷供应链管理系统,对分布式库存协同管理系统进行了设计与开发。
     在第一章绪论部分,主要介绍论文的研究背景、基本概念和理论以及相关的国内外研究现状。在对现阶段国内外学者研究成果分析和总结的基础上,结合本论文研究背景,提出了本文的研究内容和方案,规划出论文的体系结构。
     第二章分析了供应链环境下的库存管理中的问题,明确了分布式库存的构成,并在此基础上提出了一种分布式库存协同管理的框架。然后详细分析了分布式库存协同管理的业务特点,提出了虚拟库存的概念和基于虚拟库存的分布式库存协同管理的方法。
     在第二章理论与方法分析的基础上,第三章主要对分布式库存协同管理系统进行总体设计,首先在系统的软件需求分析中对合作伙伴供应商库存、协同生产企业库存和虚拟总库存管理的需求分别进行了阐述,在此基础上提出了系统的框架并对各部分内容进行了软件的功能设计和数据库设计。
     第四章对分布式库存协同管理过程中出现的一些关键问题进行了分析,着重对合作伙伴供应商库存管理中的库存调度、基于虚拟库存的协同生产企业库存控制方法和系统的数据集成等问题进行了深入的研究并提出了解决方法。
     第五章给出原型系统中部分的运行实例,由于系统比较复杂,运行界面多,限于篇幅,该章只是对其中的部分运行界面作为实例进行简单介绍。
     在第六章对全文的研究工作进行了总结,给出主要研究成果,并指出研究的不足和今后进一步研究的方向。
Based on the analysis of the research status of distributed inventory management in SCM(Supply Chain Management) and some key technologies which support synergic production management, this thesis mainly researches what is the distributed inventory made of and how to manage them and control strategy of inventory based on the cooperation center of virtual inventory and so on, combined with 863 national project-Agile Supply Chain Management Based on E-Commerce. Based on the research results, the thesis provides the design and implementation procession of the project. In conclusion, the thesis aims to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for the development of distributed inventory management in synergic production management.
    On the basis of introducing some principle conception and some advanced theory and technique in inventory management, chapter 1 summarizes the research status of inventory management in SCM, then points out the problems that exist in inventory management system. According to these, the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented.
    Chapter 2, after the problem of inventory in SCM is analyzed, the content of distributed inventory is made clear, the frame of system is presented. In this chapter, after the business character of the distributed inventory management system is analyzed in detail, the concept and effect of the virtual inventory is presented, and the method of the distributed inventory management is proposed based on them.
    Based on the analysis on Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 discuss what the system functions are and how to design and implement them. Chapter 3, Firstly, analyzes the requirement of cooperative suppliers' inventory > cooperative manufacturers' inventory and virtual inventory . Secondly, the total frame of distributed inventory synergic management system is provided. At last, the total functions and database of system are designed.
    Chapter 4 analyzes some problems that exist in the process of cooperative management. After these, this chapter mainly reasearches some key problems that exist in cooperative suppliers' inventory adjustment cooperative manufacturers' inventory control strategy selection and system data integration. For each problem, a simple solution is provided.
    Chapter 5 provides some running examples. These examples testify that the research results in the thesis are valuable. feasible and practical. Because of the limit of length, it only introduces some key function modules.
    In chapter 6, all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
