包钢变频器应用中谐波干扰问题的分析研究

摘要
本文结合包钢目前变频器使用中谐波干扰所存在的问题,进行风机、水泵等变频调速电力品质与功率因数改善的最佳化研究。风机变频调速系统的动力配电基本上都须要装置电容器来提高功率因数而节省能源。本论文先以无功功率对系统电压影响的观念,分析研究了电容器所提供的无功功率大小与电压的升降成正比的关系。其次,探讨电力谐波对电容器的危害影响。为了避免在连接电容器组的系统中产生并联或串联谐振,引起电容器故障或烧毁,针对不同的谐波源,采用特定频率的单调谐式电抗电容器组或滤波器,在电力品质及功率因数改善上均能兼顾最佳化组合。
The paper combine harmonic disturbance issue in the application of frequency in Baogang put a question to the best research about water pump and fans on electric power character and power factor improvement. The distribution power of fans. frequency speed system mainly need instal Capacitor to increase Power-factor to cut down energy. Firstly the paper through the sense about idle work influence. Understand the direct ratio relation about idle work big or small with voltage go up and down provided with Capacitor.
