某商业银行综合统计报表生成系统的设计与实现

摘要
某商业银行综合统计报表生成系统(以下简称综合统计报表生成系统)建设为商业银行业的通用报表平台,是一个专门为商业银行的经营决策者和经营管理人员提供的自动化综合统计信息的平台,应用于业务管理智能化和决策支持。其目的是自动采集商业银行各系统业务数据,建立覆盖全业务数据的采集、存储、加工平台,进行“自上而下”的汇总,实现商业银行“T+1”日各业务数据的自动化统计、报表展现和数据资源共享。
     随着信息化建设的推进,人们在使用IT系统的同时,对IT系统能够提供的信息的要求也越来越高,统计报表、灵活查询、OLAP分析等信息展现类功能在系统中占的比重也越来越大,目前业内的信息化系统逐渐形成如下态势:1、以业务系统、管理系统等支撑系统确保业务正常运转,这些系统都可以产生数据并对外输出各类业务数据;2、以各类分析型系统为不同的业务人员、分析人员和各层领导,为其决策提供数据支持,这些系统本身不产生数据,而是对各类业务数据进行加工处理,并以各种灵活的方式展现,直接应用于企业的管理和业务的指导。这两部分系统组合起来,构成内部的良性信息循环,即业务系统、管理系统等支撑系统在业务的运营过程中不断的产生数据,这些数据进入分析型系统,在分析型系统中对数据进行综合的、深入的、全面的、统一的整合处理,发现业务系统、管理系统中存在的或出现的各类不足,并以间接的辅助方式或直接的指导方式生成管理决策,完善和优化业务系统和管理系统。
     而目前商业银行内的多数数据管理和报表编制还采用传统的人工操作方式。随着数据的日益增加,常常需要浪费相当多的人力及成本来收集和处理运营中的大量数据,这造成了相当严重的负担和人力资源的浪费。随着商业银行各数据集市应用范围的不断扩大和深入,如何利用先进的计算机技术来实现数据的自动化采集,并在较短的时间内,方便、快捷、准确的地开发出适合各级报表编制、查询业务人员的系统就成了当前的一个重要任务。因此需要建立能满足商业银行业务发展、经营管理、战略决策、信息披露、外部监管与审计等各类行内外需求的商业银行报表全集,在其基础之上,实现相关指标采集、加工、存储、增减、定制、发布、授权、查询和使用的标准化,提高商业银行数据治理水平,夯实商业银行商业智能管理基础。实现商业银行报表集中管理应用,解放商业银行报表编制人力资源、提升商业银行信息应用管理效率、化解商业银行信息供需矛盾、降低报表管理成本,现实要求亦十分迫切。面对当前的迫切需求,使用计算机自动化管理在很大程度上可以帮助克服这些困难。计算机管理信息系统可以提高数据采集和报表编制的自动化水平,进而能够有效地提升信息沟通效率,节省大量人力、物力和财力,使经营管理更加科学有序、经营状况更加详实、准确。
     从上述应用背景出发,本文研究、设计了综合统计报表生成系统并着重论述了其技术平台、技术架构及实现方案。从系统总体结构、数据流设计、内部数据处理等方面入手,对系统的数据库、运行管理工作站、报表查询、系统管理、手工补录等模块进行详细的方案设计及程序、接口设计,最终形成综合统计报表生成系统的整体研究成果及其具体实现。系统的实现基于Browse/Server模式的多层结构,采用JAVA作为系统主要开发语言,使用JDBC技术实现平台无关性数据库访问,以PL/SQL开发数据库的存储过程,运行管理模块采用VB开发(C/S结构),报表展现采用IBM公司Cognos产品。数据库服务器采用Oracle10G作为数据库服务系统,应用服务器通过Oracle JDBC Driver联接。在Server端采用IBM WebSphere6.0作为系统交易中间件,通过本地管道机制实现交易请求高速处理。
     综合统计报表生成系统应按照“流程银行”理念和“机构全覆盖”为原则设计规划,提供完善的商业银行统计分析报表功能,实现报表业务管理全流程的电子化管控和一站式服务,具备人机实时交互功能,拥有良好用户友好性和易用性,系统具有很强的业务适应性,按照“自动处理为主、手工处理为辅”的原则设计建设,使报表信息的产出能够最大程度适应商业银行内部管理和外部监管需要。
     综合统计报表生成系统解决了商业银行高层领导无法及时获得需要数据的问题:使行领导在对业务进行分析和决策时,能够克服机构庞大、系统分散等困难,方便及时地得到任何一个分支机构的管理信息;解决了信息分散,查询困难的问题:能够全面的或区分散在多个系统中的同一个部门或者分行的各种信息,并在这些信息的基础上进行分析,提供统计数据,避免了复杂的多部门协调;解决了分散的用户和权限管理导致管理复杂的问题:通过设置统一的用户体系和权限体系,并将这些信息进行共享,使用户需要查看某类型的业务报表时,只需要通过便捷的在线权限申请和审批即可达到目的。
     综合统计报表生成系统将为商业银行加强经营管理,充分利用业务数据为商业银行管理和决策提供及时、准确、全面的信息支持;改进了银行各级部门的管理、控制和协作的手段,使整个银行的经营管理更加科学、有效、规范,提供了丰富的科学化管理决策工具和灵活的处理机制,帮助各级员工及时获取所需信息、快速反馈和动态控制;实现无纸化设计,从而在银行业务处理中,大大减少报表的纸张费用,减少打印次数,从而减少了商业银行的经营成本。
The development of the comprehensive statistics report building system(A Certain Commercial Bank) is a foundation of common report for commercial banks, and is also an automatically information foundation of comprehensive statistics for commercial banks’decision-makers and leaders. Especially used in intellective management and decision support. The purpose of this report building system is automatically collect business data of every system for the commercial banks, then create a foundation to cover all the business data (including collect, storage and processing), to carry on statistics collecting. In order to achieve automatically statistical all business data, generate the report, and sharing data resources for“T+1”days in the commercial banks.
     Along with the information technology improvement, when the people using IT system, they hope the IT system can provide more and more information. The function of statistics report flexible inquiry OLAP analysis and etc. are occupying more proportion. At the present time, banks’information system gradually to: 1.business system, management system support to ensure business work on smoothly. These systems can make data and output all kinds of business data. 2. Every kinds of analyzed system provide data support to different business staff, analysis staff, and leaders for making decision. These systems can not produce data, but they can process all kinds of business data, and flexible emerge these data. Then directly used in enterprise management and business guide. Integrate the two systems in order to make up smooth loop of internal information. It means that the business system, the management system and etc. continually produce data in business operation; these data enter analysis system to carry on drastically process, finding loopholes in the business system and the management system. Then it can indirectly or directly provide management decision, optimizing the above two system.
     However, in business banks, business staffs need to manage data and make report. Along with more and more data need to process cause more cost to collect and process huge data in the business operation. Along with the various data is used in business banks in large-scale, it is a very important task that how to use improved internet technology to achieve automatic data collecting, and also develop one system for report building and inquiring in a very short time. Therefore, we need to build up a report aggregation to satisfy the bank’s development, management, strategy decision, information publish, outside control, and audit. On this base to achieve a standard of interrelated target’s collect, process, storage, increase/decrease, customize, issue, authorize, inquiry, and to use. Then to improve data management level, tamp basement of intelligent management in the business bank. We are urgent to achieve concentrated management of report building, liberate human resource for drawing up report, increase the effective of information application, neutralize the contradiction of data’s needs and wants, decrease report management cost. Face to these urgent needs, using computer to manage automatically can help to overcome these difficulties. Computer management information system can improve the automatic level of data collecting and report establishment. Then to increase the effective of information exchanged, save large human cost, matter cost and money as well. Therefore, operation management can be more scientific, operating situation is more detail and correct.
     Follow the above background, this paper is to research, design the comprehensive statistics report building system and to emphasize the system’s technology stage, structure and achievement plan. Start from the system structure, data plan, and internal data process, design program for database, operation management working station, reporting inquiry, system management and data input. Then, achieve the research result of the comprehensive statistics report building system and its implement. The implement of this system is based on Browse/Server mode, using JAVA as the main exploit language, using JDBC to access database, using PL/SQL to develop storage of database, using VB to develop operation management mode (C/S structure), using COGNOS of IBM to bring out report. The service of database is used with Oracle10G as the service system for database; the servers are connected with Oracle JDBC Driver. Using IBM WebSphere6.0 as the midbody for system exchange at the server terminal, through local pipeline to achieve effective trade inquiry.
     The comprehensive statistics report building system need to follow the principle of“flow bank”concept and“whole organization cover”to design and plan, provide statistics reporting analysis function for business banks, achieving automatic management of reporting business and one-step service. The system is equipped with exchange function between human and the computer, and user friendliness & convince as well. The system is also equipped with high suitability of business. The system is designed with the principle of“first computer working, second manual working”, so the produce of the report can adapt to internal management and external control in the business bank.
     The comprehensive statistics report building system overcome the problem that the high leaders of the business bank cannot gain the data promptly. The system overcome the difficulty of huge organization when the leader is analyzing business and making decision, they can expediently gain management information whatever they want. The system also resolve the problem that dispersive information and hard inquiry. The problem of dispersive user and rights limits management are overcome as well. Through uniform user system and rights system, and share this information, users can start working conveniently when they check one kind of business report.
     The comprehensive statistics report building system will strengthen operation management for the business banks. Fully use of business data can provide timely, correct, and full-scale information support for management and decision-making. It improves the management, control and cooperation of every parts of one bank that the whole bank’s operation management will be more scientific, more effective, and more standard. The system provides many tools of scientific management decision, and flexible processing, it helps every bank staff gain the information what they want, timely feedback and moving control. This system can achieve non-paper work so that in daily business processing, the cost of paper can be saved, the number of print can be decreased. Therefore, the general cost of operation of the business bank will be final reduced.
