模具设计过程管理技术研究

摘要
模具企业是一类典型的面向订单的生产型企业,由于其订单的随机性以及生产过程的经验依赖性,使得模具企业的生产过程动态多变,导致模具的设计制造过程难以得到有效的控制,无法保证交货期。要解决模具企业面临的上述问题,借助于信息化技术,实现企业的信息化管理是有效的手段。
     本文在分析模具企业模具设计的一般流程的基础上,总结出模具设计管理的特点,然后采用UML方法对模具企业设计管理子系统进行了需求分析。根据企业设计管理过程中数据流,构建了系统的数据库结构。在模具企业设计管理中,采用任务可配置、消息反馈的设计,实现了模具的并行设计与任务监控,达到了缩短模具设计周期的目的。
     基于上述研究成果,以eMan模具企业生产管理系统为背景,在J2EE平台上采用MVC构架,开发了基于Web的模具企业设计管理子系统,并将其成功的应用于多家模具企业中,取得了良好效果。
The production of die&mould companies is a typical make-to-order and one-of-a-kind production. The production procedure is dynamic and changeable because the customers’order is unpredictable and the manufacture process depends on the experience. Consequently, the production is hard to be controlled and the delivery time is always delayed. In order to solve the problems mentioned above and enhance the level of management, it is necessary for die&mould companies to apply the Management Information System.
     According to the design process of mould companies, the characteristics of the design process management are analyzed, the UML method is then used to describe the design process management. Furthermore, the database structure is determined to manage the production data according to the characteristics of the date flow. Dynamic task distribution and message technique are applied to the design process management, concurrent designing and task control is implemented. As a result , the period of the mould design decreases.
     Based on the methods mentioned above, a master production schedule and design process management system was developed by using MVC architecture and J2EE platform. It has been integrated with eMan (a system for the production management of Die & Mould), and implemented successfully in some mould companies.
