基于生态环境保护浅谈协同推进榆中生态创新城规划建设

摘要
生态创新城发展模式对指导我国城镇发展与建设,引导城镇健康转型和合理布局,实现可持续发展方面有重要意义。通过调查分析榆中生态创新城规划建设区内生态现状和环境质量现状,结合其生态功能定位,识别规划建设区内存在的主要生态环境问题,立足生态环境保护,以高质量服务榆中生态创新城规划建设为核心,坚持底线思维和创新思维,从早期介入、系统谋划、目标和问题导向、专题研究等方面协同推进榆中生态创新城规划建设,促进榆中经济高质量发展和生态环境高水平保护,助力甘肃绿色发展崛起。
The mode of eco-innovation city is of great significance in guiding the development and construction of Chinese cities and towns,guiding the healthy transformation and rational layout of cities and towns,and realizing sustainable development.By investigating and analyzing the ecological status and environmental quality status of the planning and construction area of Yuzhong ecological innovation city,this study identifies the main ecological and environmental problems existing in the planning construction area.From the early intervention,systematic planning,goal and problem orientated,thematic researches and other aspects to promote the planning and construction of Yuzhong ecological innovation city,give an impetus to the high-quality economic development and high-level protection of ecological environment in Yuzhong,and push the rise of green development.
