摘要
基于自加权交替三线性分解(SWATLD)算法,采用三维荧光结合二阶校正方法同时快速检测人血清样中的两种抗精神病药舒必利(SPD)和氨磺必利(ASPD)。即使目标分析物之间、分析物与背景之间、以及分析物与其他未知干扰之间的光谱存在严重重叠现象,该策略仍能对数据进行准确解析,并得到可靠满意的定量预测结果。在人血清样中,SPD和ASPD的平均回收率分别为(91.9±8.3)%和(91.7±10.8)%。此外,计算了四种品质因子参数,如灵敏度(SEN)、选择性(SEL)、检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ),从而进一步评估了该方法的性能。实验结果表明,所提出的分析策略能够用于临床中人血清样的SPD和ASPD的直接定量分析。
        A novel strategy was developed for simultaneously detecting sulpiride(SPD) and amisulpride(ASPD) in human serum samples using excitation-emission matrix fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration method based on the self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition(SWATLD) algorithm. Even if there is a serious overlap between the targeted analytes, or among the targeted analytes and other unknown interferents, the strategy can accurately resolve the three-way data array and obtain the satisfactory analytical results as well. In human serum samples, the average recoveries of SPD and ASPD were(91.9 ± 8.3)% and(91.7 ± 10.8)%, respectively. In addition,four figures of merit such as sensitivity(SEN), selectivity(SEL), limit of detection(LOD), and limit of quantitation(LOQ) were calculated for further evaluating the accuracy of the proposed method. The analytical results indicated that the proposed strategy could be used for direct quantitative analysis of SPD and ASPD in clinical practice.
