我国环境健康风险评估技术规范体系初探

摘要
环境健康风险评估技术规范体系是开展环境健康风险评估的科学指南,是实施风险管理的技术基础,决定着风险评估和管理决策的质量。目前,我国环境健康风险评估技术体系建设尚处于起步阶段,应根据环境管理需求和评估关键环节,按照"总纲、基础方法类技术规范和应用领域类技术规范"的总体架构,建立完善的技术规范体系。
The Environmental Health Risk Assessment Technical Specification System is a scientific guide for conducting environmental health risk assessments,the technical basis for implementing risk management,and determines the quality of risk assessment and management decisions. At present,the Environmental Health Risk Assessment Technical Specification System in China is still in its infancy,and it should be established according to the overall framework of "general program,basic methodological technical specifications and application domain technical specifications"and environmental management needs and key aspects of the environmental health risk assessment.
