江苏高校就业网站建设现状与改进策略——基于江苏10所高校就业网站调查

摘要
就业工作信息化建设是高等教育信息化建设的重要组成部分,高校就业网站建设是高校就业工作信息化的重要体现。通过调研江苏高校就业网站,发现虽然平台已初步建成,就业指导与服务功能也初步实现,但普遍还存在着缺乏对用户需求的分析与定位、同质化问题突出、内涵与质量建设不足、师资和技术投入不够等现实问题。围绕上述问题,本文从全面提升高校就业网站,实现高校就业指导与服务整体功能的高度,提出了对应的改进和提升策略。
Informatization in the work of university student employment is an important part of informatization in higher education. And the construction of employment websites is an important embodiment of informatization in the work of university student employment. After investigating the employment websites of Jiangsu's universities, it is found that although the employment platform has been initially established and the employment guidance and service functions have been initially implemented, there are still some practical problems,such as homogenization, lack of deep analysis of user requirements, lack of connotation and quality, and lack of investment in technologies.To find ways to solve these problems, this paper proposes improvement strategies for the purpose of of fully improving the overall functions of university student employment websites and the corresponding employment guidance and services.
