采用离心造粒工艺制备小儿咳喘灵微丸研究

摘要
采用离心造粒法制备小儿咳喘灵微丸。以微丸粒径分布、成品收率、微丸稳定性等为指标,考察了影响微丸成型过程的处方和工艺因素。微丸优化后的处方和工艺参数为:小儿咳喘灵清膏-(蔗糖粉-糊精混合粉)比例为2∶1,蔗糖-糊精比例为4∶1,底粉加入量为50%,主机转速为90~150 r/min,鼓风流量为60~95%,喷浆泵转速为20~150 r/min,供粉机转速为10~14 r/min。按照优化的处方和工艺,采用离心造粒法可制得表面光滑、圆整的小儿咳喘灵微丸,20~50目微丸收率达85%以上。
        Preparation of Xiaoer Kechuanling Pellets using centrifugal granulation method,Taking particle size distribution,product yield,stability of pellets as indexes,The formulation factors and technological factors affecting pellet forming process were investigated.The optimized formulation and process parameters of pellets are as follows: the ratio of infantile fluid extract-(sucrose powder-dextrin mixed powder) is 2∶1;the ratio of sucrose to dextrin is 4∶1;the addition amount of bottom powder is 50%,the rotating speed of the main machine is 90-150 r/min,the blowing flow rate is 60~95%,the rotating speed of the slurry spraying pump is 20~150 r/min,the rotating speed of the powder feeder is 10~14 r/min. According to the optimized prescription and process,the pellet with smooth and round surface can be prepared by centrifugal granulation method,and the product yield of 20~50 mesh pellet can reach more than 85%.
