论人的需要及其实现

摘要
人的需要是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的核心范畴,在马克思主义经典著作中可以找到丰厚的理论滋养。需要是人的本质,它在自身力量和生产力发展的驱使下不断向前演化,自由而全面发展是人的需要的最高境界。人的需要是经济、科技、政治、文化、社会发展的最终动力源,是人类所拥有的、可持续发掘的最宝贵财富。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国人民的需要发生了深刻变化,高品质的物质生活、人与自然的和解、公平正义、社会和政治参与等已成为"美好生活需要"的重要因素。要加快完善中国特色社会主义现代市场经济体制,借助现代市场经济建立起社会生产与人民需要的有机衔接,实现选择自由和生活品质提升;同时加快政治、文化、社会等体制建设,以满足人民全方位的需要。
Human needs are the core category of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. We can find abundant theoretical nourishment in Marxist classics. Needs are the essence of human beings. Driven by the development of their own strength and productivity, needs are constantly evolving forward. Free and comprehensive development is the highest state of human needs. Human needs are the ultimate driving force of economic, scientific, technological, social, political and cultural development, and the most valuable wealth that human beings possess and sustainably excavate. In the New Era, profound changes have taken place in the needs of Chinese people. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the needs of our people have undergone profound changes. High-quality material life, reconciliation between man and nature, fairness and justice, social and political participation have become important factors of the "need for a better life". To realize freedom of choice and improve the quality of life, we should speed up the improvement of the socialism modern market economy system with Chinese characteristics, establish an organic link between social production and people′s needs with the help of modern market economy, while speeding up the construction of social, political and cultural systems to meet people′s all-round needs.
