摘要
人们消费水平逐渐提高的同时产生的垃圾越来越多,由于我国居民环保意识的缺乏和对非法处理垃圾的监管不严格,导致垃圾污染问题越来越严重。目前,各城市地区在大力推动垃圾分类及回收,但效果仍不是很理想。因此,有必要建立一套规范化的垃圾回收逆向物流体系,来解决目前垃圾分类难、回收难的问题。基于ROAD元架构的建模方法,能够用一系列清晰的模型描述以需求驱动的完整业务流程,从而优化了传统的业务流程建模方法。运用ROAD元架构建模方法对垃圾回收逆向物流体系建模,分析建立该逆向物流体系存在的难题并提出建议,以期为垃圾回收逆向物流建设提供参考。
        With the gradual improvement of people's consumption level,more and more waste is produced.Due to the lack of environmental protection awareness of Chinese residents and the lax supervision of illegal waste disposal,the problem of waste pollution is becoming more and more serious.At present,various urban areas are vigorously garbage classification and recycling,but the effect is still not very ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a set of standardized waste recycling reverse logistics system to solve the problems of difficult garbage classification and recycling.The ROAD meta-architecture-based modeling approach optimizes the traditional business process modeling approach by describing the complete business process driven by requirements with a series of clear models.This paper uses the ROAD meta-architecture modeling method to model the reverse logistics system of garbage recycling,analyzes the problems existing in the establishment of the reverse logistics system and puts forward suggestions,so as to provide reference for the construction of reverse logistics of garbage recycling.
