摘要
通过总结北京新机场生活保障基地首期人才公租房配套幼儿园项目设计实践经验,从幼儿特性研究、场地分析、体量调控、设计亮点、技术措施、技术优势、技术亮点、能耗计算、能耗平台九大方面分析新时代绿色健康幼儿园设计过程中建筑师需要注意的关键节点,为今后的绿色健康幼儿园设计提供参考与方向。
By summing up the building design practice experiences of Green and Healthy Kindergarten in security base of Beijing DaXing International Airport, nine aspects of child characteristics study, site analysis, figure model, design highlights,technical measures, technical advantage, technical highlights, energy consumption calculation and energy consumption platform are analyzed for architects to determine what key nodes should be noticed in the design process of green and healthy kindergarten and for the applicable green building technologies in the process of green and health kindergarten design.
