摘要
[目的]梨小食心虫(Grapholita molesta Busck)是世界性蛀果类害虫,为摸清我国梨小食心虫的地理分布及化性特点,本研究基于CNKI文献数据库,应用大数据挖掘的手段,从中收集梨小食心虫的发生地点,建立GIS数据集,以期明确梨小食心虫化性及梨小食心虫发生与经度、纬度、海拔的关系。[方法]使用Google Earth对发生地点进行定位,获得发生地点的地理信息资料,生成GIS地理信息数据集,使用距离权重内插法(inverse distance weight,IDW)预测分析梨小食心虫化性与经度、纬度、海拔的关系。[结果]构建的梨小食心虫的化性预测地图与纬度相关,在纬度分布上与等温线基本一致,随纬度降低,温度升高,梨小食心虫世代数增加;海拔也影响了梨小食心虫世代的发生,从东到西,海拔升高,温度降低,随海拔的增加梨小食心虫世代减少。[结论]这种化性是源于寄主、温度、光周期对梨小食心虫生长发育的影响,这些因子决定了梨小食心虫空间分布,通过地统计学分析,确定了梨小食心虫在我国分布及世代的区域,明确梨小食心虫在我国的化性分布,为梨小食心虫测报提供了有力的理论支持。
[Objective]In this study,the published papers related to oriental fruit moth(ORF)in CKNI database were thoroughly searched,and the occurrence location of ORF reported in the papers were recorded and analyzed in order to discover the relationship between the geographical conditions such as longitude,latitude and altitude,and the emergence of ORF.[Methods]The location information of ORF provided by the CNKI database was tracked,and the location was entered into the Google Earth to obtain the geographical information of ORF emergence place and the data set of geographical information on occurrence and generations were generated,then Arc GIS analysis were applied to determine the relationship between longitude,latitude,altitude and voltinism of ORF.[Results]The results demonstrated that ORF generation was related to the latitude and altitude of occurrence place,which were induced by the effect of food richness and the temperature of the certain geographic place on the survival of ORF.The variation of ORF distribution was consistent with the change of isothermal.The decrease of latitude led to the temperature increase,and the generation number of ORF was also increased.[Conclusion]The study clarified the voltinism of ORF in China,and provided a strong scientific support for the prevention and control of ORF.
