摘要
研究基于超宽带技术(UWB),运用软件工程法开发设计了校园足球运动负荷监测系统,并通过在高校男子足球比赛负荷监控中的实际使用检验了系统的稳定性和可靠性。研究结论:①运用UWB对校园足球运动负荷监测,可通过量化运动员在教学比赛中的负荷,可以帮助教练员对训练和比赛过程进行更加精确的控制。②能最大程度提高运动员的竞技能力和降低运动损伤的风险。③有助于发现运动员的优势与劣势,为制定训练计划和合理安排技战术训练提供数据依据。
Based on UWB technology, this paper develops and designs a campus football load monitoring system using software engineering method. The stability and reliability of the system are tested by the actual application in the college men's football match load monitoring. Research conclusions: 1. Using UWB to monitor the load of campus football can help coaches to control the training and competition process more accurately by quantifying the load of athletes in teaching and competition. 2. It can improve the athletic ability and reduce the risk of sports injury to the greatest extent. 3. It is helpful to discover the advantages and disadvantages of athletes and provide data basis for making training plans and arranging technical and tactical training rationally.
