猪圆环病毒3型研究概况

摘要
猪圆环病毒(PCV)是引起圆环病毒相关疾病(PCVAD)的主要致病病原。之前发现的猪圆环病毒只有2种血清型,分别为圆环病毒1型(PCV1)与圆环病毒2型(PCV2),其中起主要致病作用的是PCV2。2016年,美国学者Palinski等从具有皮炎肾病综合征(PDNS)症状和繁殖障碍的母猪中发现了一种新型圆环病毒,并命名为圆环病毒3型(PCV3)。随后波兰、韩国、中国、瑞典等国家也检测到了PCV3的存在。目前PCV3在世界范围内多个国家均有流行。鉴于PCV2对养猪业造成的重大危害,PCV3的发现应引起人们的重视。论文主要从生物学特性、流行病学和国内外流行情况,以及PCV3的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期对PCV3的后续研究有所帮助。
Porcine circovirus(PCV) is the main pathogen of circovirus associated diseases(PCVAD).In the past,there were two serotypes of porcine circovirus:porcine circovirus type 1(PCV1) and porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2).Only PCV2 could cause clinical diseases.In 2016,American scholar Palinski discovered a novel circovirus using metagenomic sequencing technology from sows with symptoms of dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome(PDNS) and reproductive disorders and named it porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3).PCV3 was subsequently detected in Poland,South Korea,China,Sweden and Italy.PCV3 is currently popular in many countries around the world. In view of the great harm of PCV2 to the world's pig industry,the discovery of PCV3 should be given enough attention.The article mainly discussed the latest research progress of PCV3 from the aspects of biological characteristics,epidemiology and epidemic situation at home and abroad,which may offer help for the follow-up study of PCV3.
