摘要
赞比亚下卡富峡水电站项目位于卡富埃河上,调压井位于引水洞末端,阻抗式调压井,开挖井深133.2m,开挖直径36m,衬砌后直径32m,为超大异形断面调压井。其整体地质情况较差,施工质量控制难度及安全风险较大,通过对现场施工顺序、各不同施工部位爆破参数确认、提升系统的设计及现场安全监测研究,保证了施工进度、提高了现场施工质量,实现了施工期间安全生产零伤亡事故指标。
The Lower Kafuxia Hydropower Project is located on the Kafue River of Zambia. The surge tank is located at the end of the diversion tunnel and is an impedance-type surge well. The excavation depth is 133.2 m, the excavation diameter is 36 m, and the diameter after lining is 32 m, which is a super-large profile section surge shaft. The overall geological conditions are poor, the construction quality control difficulty and safety risks are large. Through the on-site construction sequence, the blasting parameters confirmation of different construction parts, the design of the lifting system and the on-site safety monitoring research, the construction progress is improved and the site construction quality is improved, realizing zero casualty accident during construction.
