摘要
针对传统的露天矿采剥运距计算存在较大误差的问题,提出了一种基于三角剖分原理的采剥加权平均运距计算方法,通过把台阶不规则区域划分为若干三角单元,分别计算各三角单元从采掘点重心到卸载点重心的运距,并将以三角单元面积为权重的加权平均运距作为采剥综合运距。经实践应用表明,该方法能够显著提高运距计算精度,对露天矿山企业生产成本管控具有重要意义。
In view of the problem of large error in the traditional calculation method of the mining stripping distance in open-pit mine, the article presents a new method of calculating the weighted average transport distance based on the triangulation principle.By dividing the irregular area into a number of trigonometric units, the author respectively calculates distance of each triangle unit from the gravity center of the excavation point to the center of gravity of the unloading point. The weighted average transportation distance of triangular unit area is the comprehensive transport distance of mining and stripping. The practical application shows that this method can significantly improve the calculation accuracy of transportation distance, which is of great significance for the production cost control of open-pit mine enterprises.
