摘要
沥青储运过程排放含有大量有毒有害及恶臭物质的废气,对周边大气环境及人类健康造成很大危害。开发了适用于沥青储运废气处理的"低温柴油吸收-脱硫及烃浓度均化-蓄热氧化(Tg-RTO)"工艺技术,并设计了专用的废气治理设备。沥青储运废气经处理后,净化废气非甲烷总烃浓度小于10 mg/m~3,去除率达到99.9%以上;苯系物、硫化物浓度低于检出限,苯并芘(a)浓度小于0.001μg/m~3,实现了VOCs近零排放,各项排放指标优于国内外最严排放标准要求。
Asphalt storage and transportation process emits a large amount of waste gas containing toxic and harmful substances, which causes great harm to the surrounding atmospheric environment and human health."Low temperature diesel oil absorption-desulfurization and hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-regenerative thermal oxidation(Tg-RTO)"technology is developed, and special equipment is designed. After the treatment, the non-methane total hydrocarbon(NMHC)concentration of the purified waste gas is less than 10 mg/m~3, and the removal rate of NMHC is above 99.9%. The concentration of benzene series and sulfide is lower than the detection limit, and the concentration of benzopyrene(a)is less than 0.001 μg/m~3,achieving VOCs near zero emissions. The emission indicators are better than the most stringent emission standards at home and abroad.
