摘要
综述了现阶段生活垃圾焚烧发电厂应用广泛的NO_x控制技术。以某垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,通过调节锅炉负荷来调整焚烧炉还原剂喷枪处的温度;通过变频调节一次风机和二次风机的送风量,调整焚烧炉内的含氧量;通过调节还原剂输送泵的频率,来调整喷入焚烧炉中还原剂的量;在调整试验的同时监控烟气排放参数,以此建立了燃烧温度、烟气含氧量、还原剂投加量和氨逃逸浓度之间的关系,为垃圾焚烧发电厂SNCR运行提供参考。
        This paper first reviews the current Nitrogen oxide control technology that has been widely applied in domestic waste incineration power plant,and then analyzed impact factors of ammonia escape in SNCR system using a waste incineration power plant in Jiangxi province as an example.The results of adjustment test indicate that the temperature of reducing agent nozzle of the incinerator can be adjusted through adjusting the boiler load,the level of oxygen can be adjusted by variable frequency regulating the air output of primary air fan and secondary fans,and the load of reducing agent injected into the incinerator by regulating the frequency of reductant delivery pump.We also monitored according factors of flue gas emission to establish the correlation between flue gas temperature,flue gas oxygen content,reductant dosage and ammonia emission concentration.The conclusion of this paper provide reference for SNCR operation of waste incineration power plant.
